Luke 18:10-15 Two men went up into the temple to pray. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Well to you, that's how you saw and interprets his teachings but to so many of us it has made us realize we're not fish inside water, that holiness is possible in our age, that Psalms 24:3-4 is not for decoration, that 1 Cor 11:1 kind of life is possible.
You may also have to note the man in Luke 18 wasn't preaching, he was talking to God the discerner of the intents of the heart
@@lauraiyke860 holiness and consecration is virtuous for all Christian’s . We can teach the word of God without self glorification. Paul said those who compare themselves among themselves are not wise. 2 cor 10:12
@@lauraiyke860 You don't condemn others and call it a message of holiness. Neither do you compare yourself with others because you're trying to prove a point to them. That thing Osayi called holiness is filthy before God. He never acknowledged the fact that his righteousness is derived from the presence of Jesus that's in his spirit. But he went on to speak about his works and then condemn others for not being able to do the same. What if some of those pastors he challenged were once sinners before they knew the LORD? What if they had affairs with women before knowing the LORD? How do you think the challenge Osayi made would make them feel? Let me tell you something. Many have looked upon the Lord when they saw the challenge Osayi made and they have cried before him. Because he has made them feel unrighteous even though Jesus Christ had justified them. Osayi should better apologise to these ones or else he will indeed fall. He made mention of grace without talking about how the Spirit of grace operate. The moment you glorify yourself before men, it will be clear to you that you are nothing without Him. He used Samuel's example to cover up his folly. By the way he's not Samuel. Samuel's context is not the same with his. Even the manner by which he(Osayi) said what he said wasn't the same with his(Samuel's). Okay did Samuel challenge other prophets to do the same? Did Paul challenge other pastors to do the same? What do you have that you have not received? And if you have received them why do you glory as though you have not received them. The reason why you are strong is so you can make strong them that are weak and not to make them feel inferior. And Osayi' holiness is not yours to give. It is what God gives. And yet he God doesn't compare himself with any entity but rather he looks upon them with his mercy. For if the LORD should regard iniquity even you Osayi will not stand.

Pls move to a man of God that preaches what you accept. Or what you are comfortable with.

See this law for yourself. FOR WHOSOEVER THAT HUMBLETH HIMSELF SHALL BE EXALTED BUT WHOSOEVER THAT EXALTETH HIMSELF SHALL BE ABASED.
