- Penny Kelly is an experiencer, author, teacher, publisher, consultant, Naturopathic physician, and researcher of consciousness. Below are her presentation notes.
"A full, spontaneous awakening of kundalini in 1979 was followed by a 3-year period of unlimited consciousness. In that time, I became aware that I was from elsewhere in the galaxy and the many unusual experiences I’d had over my childhood and into my twenties were part of an effort to keep me in touch with my own people while nurturing development in ways that would allow me to do the work I came here to do. I was part of a team of others working to help move consciousness into reality systems that function in higher dimensions of existence. We are at a pivotal stage and moving steadily into a system that demands a different approach to life."
More about Penny:
Early in her career she was an engineer for Chrysler Corporation, but left there in 1979 after a full, spontaneous awakening of kundalini to study the brain, consciousness, intelligence, intuition, and cognition. This was followed by 18 years of work as an educational consultant specializing in Accelerated and Brain-Compatible Teaching and Learning, working with both schools and corporations.
After purchasing acreage in 1987, she raised grapes for Welch Foods for a dozen years while also building Lily Hill Farm, now a large B&B. She worked with Dr. Wm. Levengood, biophysicist, for 15 years, studying materials from crop circles, animal mutilations, and extraterrestrial landing sites, as well as researching plasma, energy, and consciousness.
Penny was involved in starting Community Gardening in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, MI through grants from the Kellogg Foundation, and she was a member of the Tipping Point Network whose focus is sustainability in all sectors of life. She maintains a worldwide counseling and coaching practice, teaches a half-dozen courses in Developing Intuition - The Gift of Consciousness, as well as courses in Organic Gardening, and Getting Well Again Naturally. She produces regular videos for Patreon, UA-cam, and BitChute, and travels widely to speak and teach.
Penny holds a degree in Humanistic Studies from Wayne State University and a degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Clayton College of Natural Health. She is the mother of four children has co-written or edited 23 books with others, and has written 11 books of her own:

I watched blockbuster destroy every mom and pop video rental, then redox buried blockbuster, then Netflix became the ruling entity ... all while 3M/chemical manufacturers are knowingly poisoning the world's water supply ... but the EPA, the supposed protector of people protects the corporations ... well you can poison them 3M but only enough so they don't die from it 🤷 and you have to stop in 7 years Okay? Pfizer will save them with their newest poison...if they have enough $$ to buy Pfizer's cure... Steve Jobs did not have enough money... apologies I needed to vent 😕😪🙏 ... what seems a good purpose can also be very bad like guns in the wrong hands and they will always get to the wrong hands eventually... crispr technology could change things in a very good or very very very bad way ... the world doesn't need jellyfish monkeys that glow but they're here on planet Earth right now....

The courage it takes to stand up and say this out loud is immeasurable. Govern = control, Ment = Mind (mente). We need to ditch it permanently. There are solutions on macro levels. I’ve been wanting to start a podcast on how we change the world for a long time. And here is little Penny Kelly, the most impressive “human” in her 70’s doing it. The Robes (her book) was one of my top 5 most profound books I’ve ever read.
Fear is an illusion, after you have a kundalini awakening, your energies and frequencies are aligned. Fear won’t creep in from anywhere.

Can you imagine the courage it takes for her to share "her story" to help other's who have had similar experiences. I honor her for I am one of those people she is helping. Waking up can be draining and is always life changing. I am reading here that a lot of you haven't began your journal yet. It takes *tremendous* courage to stand in front of the world and profess a clear and concise effort of *lies*. I couldn't do it.
We're drawn towards the familiar, which is why we find ourselves here.
However, we each must determine for ourselves if what other people say is true or not. I'm sure Penny feels genuine when speaking her truth, but when it's intertwined with abstract lies, which most people can not see, those who can must come forward to expose it. If you want to believe everything you hear, you're more than welcome. Yet, I'll leave you with food for thought.
If you think you're right, then you leave no room to expand. If you don't question your own beliefs, then you're already a slave to the system.
Whatever you have become is all you can ever be, and the freedom we all seek grows from the seeds of doubt. All I ask of anyone is to choose freedom by questioning what you believe. When someone sells you something, shouldn't you ask questions. (No question mark)

I'm having trouble resonating completely with this. I realize that we are all traveling on slightly different trajectories even though our goals are similar and we are unified in our intentions for a peaceful, loving, joyous world. Each of us who are activated, so to speak, and have guides close by, are working steadily toward this goal. We are powerful beings. We must stand in our power and feel that very strongly, not with any weakness at all. We are in charge and no one else can bump you off your path of Freedom. I wish more people felt this strength of will and intention and would step forward and see ourselves in this role, not being subjected to anything the smells of negativity. Stand firm and move forward. You are the Light. You are invincible. Have no fear. Fear is the opposite of Love.

I am having trouble with this too. There’s a point you say they are going to make children mean? So they can do this takeover? How do you know these aliens are from our loving God source? There are gangs of kids now popping up and shooting into crowds. I just saw one on the news today. Doesn’t sound like it’s from God to me.

Such an amazing presentation, Penny. I was stuck in the religious dogma for 50 years, and finally broke from it when I started becoming curious about conscientious. The Bible never blended with my beliefs. I’m feel so much more liberated after breaking those religious chains and learning more about consciousness and our true existence
Thank you Penny! The “scientific community” will be shocked when they learn how little they truly know. It’s the experiencers who truly know ! You are so brave for sharing like this. We need these kind of presentations to help others confirm their experiences. There are thousands of us!
Sadly that’s not how the scientific community works.
Jung worked his whole career bridging east and west.
Ouspenski, Watts, Dr. Richard Alpert, etc. etc. etc., have all paved the way, but scientism continues to separate it self from reality.
Anything todo with metaphysics is ignored or, discredited, when it can no longer be ignored.

We are never going to see the scientific community admit that they were wrong.
Until Natural Philosophy replaces specialization and compartmentalism, with something like what the Thunderbolts Project has proposed in the Electric Universe Theory… we just have to continue teaching the children to be critical thinkers.

Amazing talk! I recognize many of the same spiritual ideas that Penny discusses in this presentation. Always felt like I was put here to observe the human race myself. Also been looking for an up level of consciousness expansion. In fact, been feeling very stuck where I am and with the way many people are just not seeing the greater picture of what has been going on here on the planet. They look at me like I'm from another world. Art, animals and nature are my way of getting through it all, aside from learning as much as I can while being in this experience.

i had a dream a couple of years ago where i went into a meeting with a group i was a part of and who all knew me and had been waiting for me, but none of whom do i know in this conscious life now. It wasn't 60 people though, it was a much smaller team of 10 or less, and i have no memory of what i went in and talked with them about, except that they had been waiting for me to arrive and report to them and discuss things with them. And it was very professional and not just some group of friends.

I was the guest speaker for large gathering of galactic mathematicians, presenting the probability equations on the rate of human awakening.
It was beyond my earthbound understanding.

Astounding! I have been Targeting by the government for 12 years. A 24/7 of everything Peggy is describing. The destruction of my family ties, finances, reputation and my ability to work. In the last 2 years it's become more violent. My window busted out in my car and tires slashed. As strong as I am, it's gotten to where I cannot leave my apartment. I was infected with Morgellons in 2012 as well. Creator has protected me immensely. I don't know who I am on this planet but I must be a real threat to these dark and evil beings.
