Love the way you just ignore all warnings, like backing up CAS before upgrading, proceeding without battery backup etc. - really pro work on a customers car....

Even if he took all the precautions, doing a CAS3 Istap by OBD is very risky. That's why we always do it in bench via dump. But the way he did it, ignoring everything, I'd say he had 85% chance to brick the CAS module. 100% unprofessional.

@@DFWAuto_Hack Yes i did, it was stressful because of the update but at the end everything was ok. It took me 30 minutes.

@@Бољегробнегороб i can picture that. I like to do it on bench but i don’t like so much to remove the CAS and the DME. It is not that bad on an E60 but E90s are small so it is more tedious to remove the CAS. My worst experience was E92 and BMW Z3. I am going to do OBD on my E60 this time for the process but more importantly to test the new efficiency of the last tmobile hotspot i am trying before i actually buy it.
