Great video Jeremy just came across this looking to help someone. Your video will help him get up and running with the remote. Thank you for making this video it is much appreciated. 💯😎
Jeremy I bought this remote for my z4000 due to your video. I am getting into mth trains kinda of late in the game. I appreciate your videos and guidance. Still buying fastrack to begin my train setup. Thanks.
Terrific video Jeremy. I've been on the fence about getting a remote setup for the Z-4000 I picked up last winter and you're explanation of it has sold me. Thanks for a nice straight forward demonstration!
Jeremy, another great video i wish i would have seen this a couple years ago because I bought two ZW for my tracks and wont be able to do that with the ZW. thank you for all of the explanation on how it works
Really good video as usual I will be getting one of these BUT I wouldn’t put it down as easy to use as a lionchief handheld plastic remote for a younger kid. I have 5 kids ages 1-11. The 11 year old would be no problem with this. The 8 year old can’t do a digitrax dt400 on the N scale but I bet she could do this thing on O. I really like how it works with the z4000. Do you know if manual says anything about having multiples of this remote on 1 z4000, like 1 remote for track 1 and one for track 2. ?
Glad you liked the video Agreed 100% on the Lion Chief remote - super easy to use. - The manual doesn't mention it but YES you can use multiple remotes with each Z4000. Nothing special to do. Just power up the transformer and press a button on the first remote. Then shut down the transformer then power it back up and press a button on the second remote. You will have to repeat the relearn procedure after changing batteries in the remote.

That's great to hear. Thank you so much. Have you tested the remote out yet? I hope it works out well for you.

Awesome! I hope it works out as good for you as it did for me.
System really is cool. It honestly is what has kept me from purchasing a command system all these years. That for sharing!
That's great! I will investigate the new MTH system when it comes out. But I really like conventional control.
@TooManyHobbiesJeremy Interesting. I've had others here on the Tubes tell me to try that. Just not sure if I want to run a train with my phone.
I hear you on that one I'm glad we have options.

You bet! Glad you liked the video.
This was a great and informative video. I always wondered how these worked and you explained it great. Thanks Jeremy.
Wow, thanks Corey for the awesome comment I'm surprised at how much I like using the remote.
Great conversation. That system looks awesome.
Thanks Paul, It is more enjoyable to use then I expected.
Great video. I just purchased one of these to go with my Z 4000 and can’t wait to try it
That's awesome! I hope it works well for you.
Another great video. Just fun to watch.
Thanks! Glad you liked it
Very precise control. Nice.
Thanks! Not quite as exacting as the hand throttles but I really like it.
I have the Z4K remote as well. It is certainly cool to use it. Thanks for the light bulb tip!
If you need new shoes for that 221, I have a source.
Thanks! And you're welcome. Luckily shoes are easy to get. I'm going to attempt an adjustment on my LH throttle one of these days.
Great information Jeremy.
Glad you liked the video Hunter
