Lise in the kitchen thank you for the posting. The only thing is I would not use plastic to cover the legume (vegetable stew) it is too toxic pretty much the heat will release all those toxins to your food. Aside from that good job good job keep it up
I think I could cook it, love légumes especially with ribs, stew beef and my ex husband puts also smoked meat, omg, the smell and taste of his légumes are incredible, my mouth us watering. To ME the smoked meat makes it so much tastier cause that's the only way i eat vegetables 😄. And Lise's way makes it so much easier for me. Thank you 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

Hello 👋🏾. I did it the opposite. I browned it after. So basically I let the water dry and let the meat get some color. Hope this helps.
