Great Review! I just ordered mine so I’m excited to try it out soon! I think the self cleaning roller on this unit is also a game changer since most robot vac/mop combos just spread the dirt around much more than a design like this would.
I've had a few robots and none ever ran over my feet. How does it not know what a human foot looks like. It also will run over your shoelaces not a deal breaker but I wish it would learn not to do that. The other negative is that the cleaning solution is only available online and they are so secretive on what's in it. I have 4 cats and this doesnt empty cat hair very well. Apparently they are coming out with a mid cycle emptying to help with this issue.

It's done great with my dogs long hair + my wife's and daughters hair but maybe 4 cats is the ultimate stress test 🤣 It definitely has room for improvement on object avoidance and definitely it's weak spot. Other vacs equipped with cameras and use the image library to train the AI overtime to be more accurate to shoes, feet, poop etc. not sure what all can be done software wise with this vac!
Hi, great review, SwitchBot suggests using their own cleaning solution but have you found any alternative, after shipping + customs it becomes very expensive.
I would just buy other cleaning solutions for robot vacs or wet dry mops in your area... try brands like Dreame, roborock, Tineco, iRobot etc and see if you have something cheaper. Any of those should be ok to use!

I’ve had the S10 running for a day now and I’m already in love! It’s the most hands off robot on the market and my floors have never looked cleaner!

They do have decent customer service and the vacuum works as it should.

Do you gain better battery life when disabling AI Obstacle Avoidance? It would also double as a privacy feature (regardless of manufacturer).
I’ve been told that the mopping only works on one floor but vacuuming works on all floors. Is this true?
Yes that's what's annoying that you can't do a quick mop without moving the whole station. I've requested that as feedback
