Beautiful trail to Filotheou monastery

- I continue my journey to the Holy Monastery of Filotheou. At the last part of the route I cross a beautiful path with dense vegetation, following a wooden bridge that crosses the stream then goes up to the monastery offering a magnificent view of the upper part of the Athos peninsula. The long hike ends today, reaching the famed Holy Monastery of Philotheus with its distinctive orange tower above its gate.
