As Socrates said "the unevaluated life is not worth living" so is the unevaluated business process!

No. He said the "unexamined life is not worth living." He was talking about critical thinking, not making money.

One of Steve Jobs greatest contributions to consumer electronics, was leading by example in his unwavering prioritization of quality over features of questionable value and utility. It’s true that the kind of elite quality that inevitably brings money isn't an act - it’s a habit. Quality also never spontaneously appears. Steve Jobs knew that quality is always the result of committed, intelligent and enduring efforts carried out over a long period of time. Quality is why the iPhone was able to enter a crowded smartphone market and then dominate within ashort years. Quality, quality, quality!

True. In continuous improvement, it's essential to provide explanations for why mistakes occurred, despite potential political implications, as solely addressing mistakes may not foster a conducive environment. By focusing on the future, it's easier to unite people, as the future seems malleable, unlike retro-causality associated with dwelling on the past. Generally, the person holding the power is future-compatible, which further supports this forward-thinking approach.

Even a person who doesn't know him( and it's highly unlikely that one would not) will be impressed by his ideas about business processes.

Oddly enough he did eat meat when no one was around, seafood mostly according to his biological daughter Lisa, and when he did he was not himself apparently he was super happy and relaxed while eating meat, kind of like a taboo thing that he knew he wasn’t supposed to do on a vegan diet, but when he was in Japan he often go off the diet.
