I MESSED UP BIG TIME But I learned a lesson the hard way. The show must go on

These Dollar Tree jar lids are probably the prettiest I’ve ever done so far (these are my third ones, lol), but I RUINED them beyond repair! I’m collaborating with Meeden Art Company and their metallic fluid acrylic paints, but I miscalculated my resin mixture and the end result was sticky! SO WHY AM I SHOWING THIS VIDEO ANYWAY? Because you have to learn from your mistakes!!!

Try to sand off some of the sticky and put a fresh coat of resin over it.

What mold did you use for the mermaid I don't see it listed and what medium did you use in the mold and did you color it?

Yep, I pried the mermaids and seahorses off the reuse, and tossed the lids. I’m going to try making wooden lids! IDK yet. You oysters are amazing! I need to try decoupage. There are some really cute designs out there. Second glass of wine? lol how about third?
