Russia has a right to defend its boarders and its territories anyhow they want. We encourage the Russians to press on, space does not belong to the US or the west. The US has space command and have assets up in the skies, we did not hear any opposition when this was done. If I was Russian, I would say, "lets us use what we have to defend our motherland" regardless of what it is.
