- This video contains the full renal review for the CCRN examination, as well as, review for the most common electrolyte imbalances.
The renal portion on the CCRN examination is fairly straight forward as long as you understand the difference in pre-renal, intra-renal, and post-renal concepts, as well as, acute kidney injury versus end-stage renal failure. Don't worry! If you don't know what those mean, you can find out through the video above!

At 5:06 in the video, you stated that proteinuria is important for detecting early diabetic neuropathy. Did you mean nephropathy? I assume you did but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Thanks!

For Hyperkalemia, do you give insulin or glucose first?

Should be "Creatine Kinase", not "Creatinine Kinase"
