Great video man. Growing up with ADHD myself it's been a challenge for me. It even affects my performance at work and school.
I'm in highschool and I got ADHD but got diagnosed in 2nd grade and through that I've taught myself ways to cope without medicine and have started self teaching my self teaching C++ and other coding languages in order to keep myself busy because i always finish my work before everyone else. All your videos on ADHD are really helpful

Also we have talked about it so I know the whole story but never isolated but I felt like an outcast because of my ADHD. Depression hit me, friends even picked on me. when you talked about people need someone there to stand up for that's why I always want to help. I always tell people you are my best friend from Canada and it's true because we have the ADHD connection XD. Ritalin is crap, I was a zombie too and drew house at mid night and the emotions, god the emotions. parents took me off it because the saw the effect. they took me off it in 7th grade. I'm listening while commenting XD.. back to the helping people, you know I want to be a hero that was an effect from the bullying. Therapy never helped me, it made my family connection worse. I remember stratera if that's how it was spelt but I never used it. my hyperness went away a little through maturity. You know I'm super impolsive XD. I'm badly organized.
Thanks you so much I am 14 with ADHD. I take medicine in the morning and It wears off after 4th block. My 5th block teacher and my 6th block elective teachers have both contacted my mom. But when u take more medicine after lunch if feel so bad. It's been the hardest this year to get trough school your videos are inspiring and help me!

I love this. Could I use parts of it in a documentary? (It's not guaranteed that we would use, but we like it and may use it.) Our documentary is on mental illnesses and the need for effective help
I find my self in this diagnosis but happily I didn't know for this until now ... I considered myself normal but forgettable... that's not big deal I consider myself intelligent and I now that I'm smarter than other people ... I also like to protect other people ... I don't find my problem a big deal but other people do... you're cute :)
So your also walking around during school days at daycare?..
