I was a carpenter/contractor most all my life! This is a suggestion, in order to hold concrete together, you need wire mesh or plastic shreds, or rebar to hold the concrete together otherwise it will break up eventually! Gravel does not hold it together, maybe you have a substance that holds it together. Just a suggestion. Its not my intention to upset anyone just trying to help! Great family, thanks for sharing videos!

It amazes me that with the minimal amount of non power tools and workers that this family can build their own home so fast and efficiently. I might also add with a scenic view that you only see once in a life time.

I have recently been watching videos from another country where volunteers clean and renovate house for poor people and the difference here is although obviously very poor their home is very clean the other homes are disgustingly dirty and full of giant cockroaches/water bugs even with young children crawling around.. Of course it is more difficult to keep things clean with dirt floors and so much dust but the coking utensils here gleam. Poverty does not mean having no pride in ones home and this family proves that. They work together to make a beautiful home for their family I have a lot of respect for them and the way they live their lives x

easier to rebuild in earthquakes and less likely to collapse. Iran is an earthquake prone country, just like my country of new zealand, stones and rocks tend to crumble in big earthquakes and well you are more likely to survive with brick than stone.

These videos are the highlight of my day. I could watch this lovely family for hours on end. The only thing I find upsetting is that they do not have protective face and head gear. I do wish someone would bring it to them so incidents like what happened to Quadir never happens again. The floor looks amazing! And Shadmir never fails to put a smile on my face.
