But does L-1A and EB1-C have go together? I'm on F1 OPT working for multinational software company as Manager position, can't I apply for EB1-C?
They do not have to go together! You can absolutely apply for an EB-1C without first applying for an L-1A.
Can EB1c be done and get approved by individual contributors ?
