    I’m on 3 rd set of locs. I retwist every 4-6 weeks and just had my hair interlocked for the first time and my schedule is every 3 months.

    I would like to know how you use the permanent tool with the two needles to clean up the frizz. Do you actually poke both points through your locs or how do you go about it?
    Please let me know, thanks!

    Thanks for sharing your knowledge. How do you deal with the white bulbs from shed hair?

      Great question! I seriously can’t stand them lol 😂 I have recently brought hair dye spray to cover them, and hopefully that works! I will definitely record the process and upload it to my channel 🥰

    I'm looking for a video of a person starting their diy inter locs. Do you have a starter video?

      Hey! I don’t currently have a video of me doing starter Locs on a client, but I will definitely be posting one as soon as I get the chance 🥰

    I just got my hair loc'd. They used interlock but I want to transfer to retwist for fluffy look.

    • @EvesNaturals
      @EvesNaturals  Рік тому +1

      Yes interlocking does make the Loc more firmer but it also adds strength to the Loc. I Love the Look of fluffy Locs and I think that re-twisting is still a great option for those who prefer it 🥰

    Do you recommend a deep treatment for your hair and if so what products to use?

    • @EvesNaturals
      @EvesNaturals  Рік тому

      I have never done a deep treatment on my Locs. I know that deep treatments are mostly done on Locs that have an extreme amount of product buildup, and in that case I would recommend a deep treatment. They say ACV rinses are good. But I only use water and oil for my Locs so I don’t get product buildup at all. I hope this comment helped 🥰

    If I started out like this can I do the retwist method going forward?

    I re-started my locs 1 months ago. I'm interlocking this time instead of the palm roll. My stylist told me not to put oil on my hair to prevent loc slippage. I'm used to putting some type of oil on my hair. What do you suggest? thanks.

    • @EvesNaturals
      @EvesNaturals  2 роки тому +2

      I have always used Oil, even at my beginning stages of starting my Locs. I have also used oil on my clients hair when starting their Locs. Personally I don’t think Oil causes Loc slippage unless your drenching your Locs in oil everyday, too much of any product can mess up the natural process of your Locs forming. I do tell my clients for the 1st 3months not to wash or condition their Locs because they could risk their Locs coming out or unraveling. You don’t want to submerge your Locs under any kind of water. My suggestion would be to only apply oil directly to your scalp, the oil will naturally move down to your Locs. Only apply oil 1-2 times a week if your Locs are extremely dry.

    Can I keep my ends curly if my hair is interlocked at the roots?

    are you comfortable putting the mic right on your mouth? It will capture wind in every word you say and the wind will make your voice sound unique.

    Where are you located? I’m interested in converting to interlocks. I’m 3 months in and I work out so I sweat a lot and my retwist aren’t lasting, but a few days

    My retwist don't last, it is not new growth. I don't think it is locking. It is 3 months in and the 2 strand stays but the retwist and new growth are loose in 1 week. What do you suggest?

    • @EvesNaturals
      @EvesNaturals  Рік тому

      Yes Your Right! Re-twisting does unravel and doesn’t last long. That’s why I always recommend Interlocking instead. ☺️❤️

    Can interlocking keep your locs thick as well?

    • @EvesNaturals
      @EvesNaturals  Рік тому

      Yes it can! When interlocking is done properly. Not too tight and not too often.
