If this video doesn't silence the critics nothing will, that's a severe test and this new machine has proven beyond any doubt that it's wash performance is second to none. Thanks for running this fair but tough test Kirk, I have no reservations whatsoever about this new Speed Queen.
I love these Speed Queen washers. I like their cleaning performances. I would hands down buy one regardless of what year it is. Efficiency is very important and I think these washers have proven that while I was watching these videos. Kirk keep it up. You're doing a very wonderful job. 👏👏👏👏
"collision" is the perfect word for the new wash type! have to say, this load really did come out pretty well, for some really muddy jeans. thanks for showing this wash load. :)
I see you have some tape over the lid lock on the front. Can you bypass the lid lock simply by taping it over? I have a January 2018 made TR3000WN. thanks!
Pretty decent. From the choices they had and could’ve gone with on these machines as far as drives. I like the lack of intrusive noise unlike many of the other models that have been tested like the whirlpool, Maytag, GE etc etc. if you’ve ever been in a space with those machines they tend to drive you nuts during the agitation part of their cycles. It may not bother everybody but boy it got on my nerves real quick listening to that wuh wuh wuh... in a basement situation most likely I’d be fine with those choices if that’s what I had for choices. But in living areas no absolutely not!
Mike's Channel when I visited my paternal grandparents as a kid, my step grandmother did laundry everyday, and she had a 70's model Speed Queen in her kitchen. That was noisier than any 90's model washer. The only good thing is that she never had a single repair to it, while she lived in Indiana. For me, I wouldn't have a problem with a washer and dryer in or near my kitchen.
Now Kirk didn't you just feel like a kid again playing in the mud??? LOL I think it did a Great job considering what you did to them, Like I said in a recent post "NO" washer is gonna get out every kind of stain with just one wash!!! Sometimes you just need to add a little TLC too to get clothes CLEAN!!! Nice Job Kirk!!!
You had greater success with the 7000 model and five pairs of jeans. Moreover you got much better results from the Whirlool Commercial grade which I believe you should throw your jeans in immediately on a warm wash HD.
I'd like to see this Ted done with four or five pair of jeans on a basic Whirlpool preferably a WTW4715EW since it has a wide non fin base single stage agitator like the Speed Queen and is a domestic base model. I'd like to see how it passes the jeans test on its Heavy Duty cycle in comparison since it's not the same wash Speed as the Whirlpool Commercial model which did incredibly well at this.
This machine does do 700 degree rotations and does in the Eco cycle too including the extra rinse. I do wish that it had a Pre Wash that continued into the wash like Whirlool had with the Super Wash cycle. You put it on Super Wash and an extra rinse, came back at the end of the decade and you really had something.
Kirk Rivas mine washes so good and is so quiet I know it works and that's all I need to know but.i love seeing the inside working that's why I make weird requests lol keep up the.good work
Why are you posting so many videos of this speedqueen washer? It basically junk and we are fully aware of its limitations. Those videos you have of the Maytag and Whirlpool commercial washer are much better and interesting to observe. Thanks for posting them anyway.
mike miller listen kid....I got nothing but respect for Kirk. He does amazing work and despite what you may think, I'm a huge fan of his channel, that's why I feel the freedom to say what I think. Kirk is an adult who appreciates a diverse response from the people who views his work. That's why he allows comments on his videos. That's just what adults do. Here is a concept; It's called constructive criticism. Now, I'm only going to say this one more time; have a nice day.😊
Thank you guys, I understand J VON J Archie's frustration with the repetitiveness of the same washer. I'll will be done soon but, I feel obligated to shoot two more videos of this washer then move on to the next washer. One video will be the delicate cycle and the other per Robert's request to make it go out of balance or make it sense an unbalanced load. Mike, it's all good, I like the diversity because for me I have to stay neutral-positive on my opinions on the channel. Sometimes the negative comments I read is what I wish I can say but I cannot (not in this case, I really do like the 2018 SQ). Thanks again guys! I appreciate both of you guys.

That wash water looks dirty, that could only mean one thing, it’s doing its job!!!
Any difference with the actual agitation, and overall wash quality between this model, and the newer TR3003WN ?

Laughing my ass off watching you dirty up those jeans - now those are dirty jeans - the SQ people owe you big time 🍺
Kirk is right, can't go back in time, just about everything moving forward will be HE, I think that Speed Queen has the best version.

It would also be cool to see the same test with a two piece agitator model since they'd most likely be great at it.
Love this video!!! Can you do a medium load of whites next?
Hey Kirk, is that a Frigidaire affinity I see at the end could we see that washer in action?
I'll check on it, I think we are using it for parts. Good eye!
It's a dryer
Omg why does the pump sound like some GE washer I know?

i wish i could see mine in action, but i'm afraid to try to bypass the switch on the lid i'm afraid it will mess it up for void warrenty
Safety first, please do not run it like this at your house. I have 100% control on who operates this machine in my shop.

Why are you posting so many comments here? Your opinion doesn't matter. Don't like it? Don't buy one! Or don't watch the video! Wow there's a concept.
mike miller your opinion matters because????? Your name is not Kirk, so I guess your opinion doesn't count. Have a nice day.
So you are snarky towards kirk, i call you out on it and you can't take it.
