- Hello everyone,
I hope you and your loved ones are well...
Here is a new video of an arrangement of the first movement of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata on the Cristal Baschet.(headphones strongly advised;)
I dedicate this video to Mr David Wickins an incredible musician who inspired me with his intelligence, talent and great delicacy.

Wow, I was surprised that the Cristal Bachet could execute such quick articulations at the ending sequence! Well, done Loup! I'd love to play with you one day! :-)
Одно из лучших прочтений шедевра!Лунная музыка!👻☮️
Insane how it captures and creates it's own unique sound and symphony..unreal
"his intelligence, talent and great delicacy.' - well said - lovely to remember Dave.

Desconhecia este instrumento... adorei!
Rob Scallon has a great video on it and the glass armonica (which works on similar principals) I highly recommend giving it a watch if you like this instrument.

Merci beaucoup, quel instrument qui représente une forme de génie français, mais avant tout humain.
Beautiful interpretation, the Bashet brothers did'nt play it... whta a pity. ;-)
+1 folower
Could you cover, "An ideal of hope," please?
I would like to see the face of beethoveen while listening to this ...
You'd need to blast it since he was deaf.
I know it's been a while but does anyone know where could I find more pieces played by this beautiful instrument? Especially I was seeking for toru takemitsu's compositions
(and to be sure, is he really playing alone? There is no soundtrack or kind of effect?)
Could have done without the drums, besides a little snare on a couple parts. but was hoping to hear more of the instrument .
I wonder if different types of liquid effects the sound 🤔
This is stunning, but I'd wager you would get a much higher fidelity from improving the mic array. Hopefully someone will help you in this area.
Does it actually works even if your sleeves touch the glass while playing?
I wonder how frequently you need to wet your fingers.
I just known that can be instrument
Самый футуристический аналоговый инструмент
Great. Congratulations. O came from Facebook.n
HOW DO YOU TRANSPORT THAT THING!?
Extraordinarily carefully.
@@xenogorwraithblade2538 I just picture MILES of open cell foam
the guy she told you not to worry about
It sounds like my ears need glasses
I'm a bit confused. Is all sound produced by the Cristal Baschet or have some things been added in post-production?
no he's a real artist pure talent check more videos of this instrument the sounds are made by vibrations
The drums were added
Nooo you didnt! Your a genius to just invent such a beautiful new instrument and a hearth melting one to.. wish you all the best for you and your instrument!
The instrument was invented in the '50s by the Baschet brothers :)
The instrument gets washed out by the pre-recorded backgrouns
Please, do an Undertale/DeltaRune Music
