​@@goto550Enforcers Axe laughing in the corner (I'm the og Enforcers Axe supporter, look at all of Skipper Grippers vids lol), Axe was untouched btw since it was a bleed danage FIX, NOT NERF. Speed Demon was normal. Insted of doing 32% bleed, evanspear procced pve scaling twice, multiplying your damage by an extra 300% (pve scaling at power 20 is 600%/6 times your normal damage). Evanspear got cut by 1/3, Enforcers is just better. Better Crit and 7% better dmg with Speed Demon.

Is dawnwalker needed for this?

I don't use the build, but trust me in all the build I've seen, dawnwalker is a NEED, it does really good damage and helps you stay away from mobs for bell cd. So if you're making this YES, it is.
