This is beyond amazing! Approximately how many balloons were used for this wall?
Oh boy do I wish I had seen this before the day before Mother’s Day when I made a balloon wall for my church as a photo back drop 😂🤦🏻♀️ Tying them together with 260s and adding clusters and big balloons in holes instead of pulling them together with balloon ribbon and then filling in the gaps would have saved me an impressive amount of time. Wasn’t able to do prep before hand, so from the first two balloons inflated to getting the final touches done with adding flowers took just under 7 hours 🥴

Hi There! I’ve been in the event planning industry full time for 2 years now. Yes, always ask for a deposit of at least 50% to book and remaining amount can be due day of event. You can also ask for a lower deposit if your want the remaining deposit to be paid a week before the event (this is what I do). If you use equipment, i.e. a stand you can schedule pickup for the next day. Just make sure you calculate travel into your pricing. Best of luck!
