Man, they get them real young now. Kids have a hard time saying no to peer pressure... Noahs flood is geologically impossible. 1) The sodium carbonate needed for even a small single layer of limestone requires centuries or more of build up of shelled creatures and coral. When explaining the Grand Canyon, in your model, that isn't possible. In the actual model we know that the southwest U.S. was once a shallow seabed, so the sodium bicarbonate could build up over time. 2) The limestone in the G. C. also requires calm, shallow waters to form, like.... a shallow seabed. Not the most violent storm the earth would have ever seen. The hydraulic sorting claim YEC's like to peddle doesn't work either, because the water is still to deep and to volatile. 3) There are multiple places where layers of salt are separated by layers of rock. Sea's would have to evaporate, have a layer (or layers) of rock form, and then the area would have to become a sea bed again. A flood can't explain this. 4) Unconformities don't have the time needed to happen on a 6,000 year old earth. 5) The following were rulers of their respected kingdoms during the flood timelime Egypt- Pepi, Akkad - Sargon, Elam - Helu, and the Indus Valley Civ had been around for 1,000 years and continued for another 1,000 years 5) fossils and stratification layers of rock match predictions of evolution 6) Sand dunes don't have time to form 7) certain layers of rock would require forest fires to exists underwater 8) the amount of energy released during such an event would destroy the earth, also know as the heat problem 9) the mud problem 10) Ocean basins have less than a km of sedimentary rock on top, while the continental shelves are over 12 km think with sedimentary rock, a flood of that magnitude and length would have eroded away much more of the continental shelves 11) We have studied the growth rate of coral form a very long time now, and it doesn't grow fast enough to match your timeline - forget a flood, 6,000 years isn't even enough time. Look into the Eniwetok atoll if you want more info 12) evaporates and shales take too long to form 13) the change in salinity levels would kill both freshwater and saltwater fish ,and on and on and on

DNA seem to be held together by a series of sulfur bonds BETWEEN the base pairs (GCAT) that constitute your genetic code. And that these bonds are not randomly placed or evenly placed. But, there’s a sulfur bond, then 10 base pairs , then another sulfur bond, then 5 base pairs, another bond, then 6 base pairs, another bond, then 5 base pairs before the pattern repeats itself. 10-5-6-5-10-5-6-5-10-5-6-5… over and over, holding our DNA together. This means nothing to native English speakers, of course, because we use Latin letters and Arabic numerals. But Hebrew uses letters as their numbers. One very important thing atheist scientists ignore is ... after you have a complex DNA molecule formed by pure chance (miracle), how did it start to self-replicate or synthesise protein? DNA replication, RND synthesis, protein synthesis are processes that require specialised proteins called enzymes. Hence, you not only need DNA to be generated by random chance but also the associated specific enzymes (proteins) to also be in existence. All of it has to also be in a protective cell structure to prevent oxidation. For those who believe in the religion of evolution, they are really going on blind faith... no evidence at all.
It's pretty ridiculous when you add up all the things that would need to happen and be true for their fabricated version of history to be the truth. It's pretty obvious that the "everything exploded out of nothing, then became nearly infinitely more complex and ordered than it was" isn't even plausible. Just the first part...
I saw this in a dream about DNA. It said: the word of God , then zoomed in into a DNA strand seeing a sort of code in it,, like a sequence. And then showed that this was in everything, this sequence and this code.

"Time + chance = everything" is an egregious oversimplification. Not every process is random chance because the laws of physics and chemistry are not random, nor is natural selection.

At around 24:40 he mentions that the Bible is the origin for the 7 day week. Contrary to his claims, there is an astronomic basis for the importance of the number seven. If we presume an Earth-centered universe. . . which was unquestioned until about 500 years ago . . . we see a number of heavenly bodies moving independently of the fixed stars. Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are all visible to the naked eye, and they add up to seven. The un-biblical Romans named them for their principal gods, along with the days of the week. This was observed by cultures around the world, hence the recurring mystic importance of the number seven.

As for the arrangement.. no laws of chemistry or physics have been demonstrated to have been broken in order to arrange the matter in that way, so there is no reason to assume something supernatural intervened to make the arrangement how it is. Just because something seems fantastic doesn’t mean it is. There’s always things we don’t know and literally every answer we have ever found about literally anything in the universe has had a natural explanation. @facterial Since the discovery of DNA, there has never been a documented case or even alleged case of matter having been observed arranging itself into genetic material. There's no evidence, outside of DNAs existence, that it ever happened. Because it never has happened, you cant quantify the odds of it ever happening let alone the odds of DNA forming in the presence of the exact conditions necessary for a bacterial cell to be emaculately conceived as a result. Applying the scientific method to the theory that it happened by random chance would inevitably yield the result that it didn't, i.e. the null hypothesis would be rejected. If you were to discover in the ground an electronic device full of little circuits and the abstract concepts of 1s and 0s that somehow manifested a moving image of a dog vomiting on a display, you would assume it was designed and produced by an intelligent being, not that it manifested itself through geological processes based on random chance. So we observe biological machines that can't be artificially replicated let alone naturally replicated through random chance that contain organized information that manifests itself in impossibly functional ways and we assume that the machine and the information it contains is the product of random chance. When you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras. It seems to me that the blanket rejection of any form of intentionality behind the existence of organized biological information and its manifestation as life on earth is jumping to assuming zebras because someone somewhere arbitrarily decided that the idea of horses is just silly. If something cannot be observed to be possible, then believing it happened is called faith. Why is blind faith in the idea of random probability less silly than faith it was done intentionally?

_"as humans, we don't not know and we don't have enough information about the universe and beyond."_ Exactly! That's why, when we don't know something, we should just admit it. We don't have to stop looking, of course. But there's nothing wrong with "I don't know." Unfortunately for theists, "I don't know" doesn't mean "God done it." Throughout history, countless things that used to be thought supernatural have turned out to have a completely natural explanation, after all. That has never _once_ happened in reverse. So far, we are waiting for evidence that _anything_ "supernatural" actually exists in reality. But theists still have their imaginations. 1. DNA is not information, is not a language. Information is abstract, comes from the Latin verb 'informatio' and its meaning is 'shape the mind' or 'teaching' or 'discipline'. When we say 'the DNA contains information' we try to explain with a human concept what the DNA molecule does. It's a way to explain that is able to stimulate the formation of a being, the way organs work and what they do. I'm not a biologist so I will not explain how it works, but one thing I can say: there is no language, no programming code, no sign of an intelligent design (DNA is good but can be corrupted and that's very bad, not very 'intelligent'). 2. From two wolves, or two cats or whatever animal you chose, in less then 2000 years, because of the 'genetic information' (?) a vast variety of species developed. Interesting. So two wolves started walking on a deserted Earth, arrive in a place, they look around and say 'hey, honey, in order to survive here we should be a little different, we should be smaller, and brown, and eat small animals. Let's have a puppy and call it Foxy, OK?'. And you say that evolutionist have a blind faith? 3. From what we know from historical evidence (FACTS), the seven days week originated in Babylon where a moon calendar was used. The moon has four phases (new moon, crescent moon, full moon, waning moon), each phase is about 7 days long (just a small fraction longer), giving a 29.5 days month. The origin of the week is observation, not creation. 4. Carbon dating can be used to date organic material up to 50,000 years old. That's why we must date the rock layer where organic material is buried if older than 50,000 year. There is no contradiction in the dating of the Crinum mine in Australia. The trees were buried by a lava flow 45 million of years ago. As easy as that. Religious books (all religious books, not only the Bible) are not scientific books, use them for moral dissertations if you want (but first erase all murders, genocides, incest, crimes against people etc.), not for science.
Makes sense. Noah gathered 13 million animals, including dinosaurs and other carnivors on the ark, did feed them for over 2 months, provided enough meat he took from we don't where and that is it. Simple.
Hi there. Creation scientists believe in what’s called micro-evolution. You probably already know what I’m talking about, but it’s small changes within a type of animal group. Therefore because the Bible specifically reads 2 of each kind, it’s completely reasonable to have all the variations of animals today from approximately 8,000 different kinds of creatures that were on the ark. I honestly do care about you and definitely don’t want to argue. I suspect there’s very little chance that I could sway your belief regardless of what my answer would be. Likewise, there is zero chance you could sway mine. I get it. Like all walks of life, there can be annoying people that rub you the wrong way. That can hold true for Christians too. Believe me, I know. That being said, I love my annoying brothers and sisters. I really do. Honestly, I used to identify as an atheist. I was raised in the church and was wounded deeply by it in my late teens. I no longer believed in a loving God. Eventually I drifted to a point where I didn’t even like Christians. Then about 16 years later I read a book called “More Than A Carpenter” by Josh McDowell. It’s a great book on historical apologetics, which is simply systematically laying out evidence in support of Christianity. I do have a scientific and mathematically inclined mind. I aced those courses in college. That being said, I didn’t know at the time after reading the book how all the puzzle pieces would fit together; However I did know, through historical apologetics that Jesus is the real deal. Without question, He is the Messiah! My salvation experience was mind blowing. Honestly I could write a book on it. Then shortly after, I discovered scientific apologetics. There are excellent arguments that have been laid out in support of Christianity and demonstrate serious flaws in the evolution theory. I have a library full of them. You typically don’t hear anyone from the mainstream scientific community addressing them either. The arguments do have merit, so scoffing at them and dismissing them is not an appropriate response. Especially if the scientific community considers themselves to be kind, caring people. Why is that? I know why. Anyway, like I said before, I don’t want to argue with you. So I won’t. I hope I didn’t come across like a jerk. I don’t want to be that guy. I suspect you’re an alright person, and if we bumped into each other we’d probably hit it off... I like to make the analogy of an elementary school band performing a loved classical number. They may butcher it, though Beethoven or Mozart were still great. That’s what we as humans in the church sometimes do. That doesn’t mean Jesus isn’t still who He is. I hope my response was helpful and didn’t cause the divide to become worse. You definitely matter to me. I’d like to challenge you to read the book I mentioned and dig deep into the Christian faith to seek the truth. Take care my friend. Sincerely, Jonathan

Not really. By your conditions you could simply state that anything you cannot answer falls under category 2. Which = nothingburger. For example, can you explain abiogenesis? Obviously the answer is no, and yet you will insist that yours is the "rational position" on the issue. Whats the point?

I’ll also add this to the discussion: Take it up with the empty tomb. The historical resurrection. No argument against the resurrection has ever honestly held weight. The resurrection verifies all of the Bible as truth, since Jesus verified it and God verified His sinlessness and deity by the resurrection. The empty tomb proves God’s existence, proves Christianity’s claim of exclusivity, and verifies its truth as a whole. There is abundant Biblical and extra-Biblical evidence supporting the resurrection. Let it be your basis for every judgment about the Bible and how your claims stack up to the Bible. It verifies even the hard-to-believe things. Every hard question can be reconciled with theology and the Spirit granting you eyes to see.
The "resurrection" is a myth. We know corpses don;t come back to life. Any claim they do requires more than empty claims made by anonymous authors who were not even witnesses in some book from thousands of years ago, stories which contradict each other and disagree about important details, which weren;t even written until many years later. _There is abundant Biblical and extra-Biblical evidence supporting the resurrection_ Well we can ignore the idea that the bible verifies the bible. What non-biblical evidence do you think you have?
An empty tomb do not have to involve supernatural events; the body of Jesus might have been moved or never placed in the tomb initially. This could be due to logistical reasons or misunderstandings about the burial location. Even if the empty tomb is acknowledged, it does not necessarily imply a resurrection, natural explanations exist but are unknown due to insufficient evidence, akin to other historical mysteries where supernatural explanations were later debunked. Alternatively, an empty tomb narrative might have been used as a literary device, common in ancient stories, to convey themes of apotheosis or divine intervention. This suggests that the story served a symbolic purpose rather than being a literal historical account.
There is no evidence of the "resurrection" outside of a story in the bible. You are saying the bible verifies the bible. lol. The Gospels were written many years later, the later three are clearly embellished retellings of the earliest. The authors are anonymous. They are not eyewitness accounts - none of the Gospels claim to be so. They disagree on fundamental details. The most liely explanantion is, therefore, that they are just myths. And even if there was an "empty tomb" the most lilely explanation is that it was faked. There is more evidence that Emperor Vespasian could work miracle healings, or that Julius Causar ascended to heaven after he died. Both are recorded by known and reputable historians.

This is the wrong argument about the wrong question. If there is no verifiable evidence for the existence of a god, what does it matter if there is a collection of ancient writings that claim god as their source? Do you have verifiable evidence for the existence of a god? PREDICTION: you will argue the question or reject the question or totally ignore the question, but you will never offer an simple yes or no and you will never offer any verifiable evidence for the existence of a god.
Well, we do got the shroud of turin, which from what I know, hasn't been debunked. Also, God is not about evidence, Hes about faith. The Bible says that nothing pleases God but faith. So obviously He is going to let science seem convincing, Because He isn't about sight, but faith. Also you can not logically tell me that nothing created everything, I mean how? Are you seriously going to look me in the face and tell me that nothing created the universe? isn't the chances for the universe literally impossible? from what I have searched, the chances of life, universe, etc, is impossible. So you make a multiverse theory which is obviously just a theory, and not only that, but because earth is the only habitable planet in the universe, somehow aliens exist, and God doesn't. Basically, the evidence for God is simply logic.
@@SW33D First if all, thank you for fulfilling my predication. It never fails. Yes, the shroud has been debunked, but even if it hadn't what does it have to do with verifiable evidence of a god? At best it is something you cannot explain. But it stops there. It is not evidence of anything other than itself. You say, "Also, God is not about evidence, Hes about faith." that comment is what is known as begging the question. Again, you just fulfilled my prediction. Thank you. And finally, you present a muddle of failed arguments for the existence of a god. Arguments are called arguments because they are argument. They are not evidence. Good job.
Hello there Joe, Yes. I used to chase that same question until I read that God gave us creation for all the proof we would ever need in Romans 1:20 KJV, as He knew that we would be a creative species, made in His image, born into Adam's. It should make sense to us that a Creator exists just by looking around at the contents of the Earth. Just because we present other ideas to how all life came to be does not disprove a Creator. It just offers another choice. I found myself wondering if I could find verifiable evidence that God does not exist. I still have yet to find this evidence. I do however clearly observe evidence of a Creator in life all around me that is not perfect and eventually dies. Other then that, the only other verifiable proof is personal and unique to each born again Christian. What I and so many others can tell you is that the proof we really needed came after getting saved. You chose Jesus Christ and He will give you what you're looking for. What I have learned is that God wants us to accept Him by faith, just like how we accept other ideas in the world. We have the choice to either choose Him or not. In Genesis 2:17 God tells Adam that if he ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil the result of his sin (disobedience) would be death. The Bible also calls out we have two major issues when we are born into Adam's image, sin and death (Romans 5:14 KJV). That is pretty concerning verifiable evidence to me. Would you agree every person to ever walk this earth has faced these two primary issues of sin (Call it what you want, nobody is perfect) and death? What would you consider verifiable proof to you? Have a great week!

Lies through omission that they don't know and it's faith on how they interpret data that leads them to believe that they will find the proof to back their claim. It's not that at the root of it all, they only have theories, it's that they always present it like it's fact and that they have faith more evidence will prove it. They state it as if it's fact, because if they admit it's faith based then they have to admit atheism is a religion. And since they have pushed for legislation that religion can't be taught in public schools, they would have to remove the teaching of evolution or accept creation into schools as another theory. Most of them think it was a literal explosion, like a bomb detonating with a bunch of matter flying out from a central point. This is because they don't look past anything but the name, big 'bang'. Most of them probably think it is an atheist concept, not realizing that a Christian physicist first came up with the idea of what he called the primeval atom. I know for a fact that many young Earth creationists also don't realize that a lot of atheists were opposed to the concept because it implies the universe has a beginning rather than existing eternally. They probably also don't realize that the Big Bang model does not describe the very beginning of the observable universe, it only describes what occurred after. They probably aren't aware of the significance of the cosmic microwave background and other data and evidence supporting the model. They are also not aware of the fact that scientists know that there are problems with the Big Bang model, just as there are with many scientific models.

God doesn't need DNA. God doesn't need anything. The God that can "speak" the universe into existence doesn't need to make sense. In fact, if God does need to correspond to some plan, that means God is not omnipotent. God doesn't need a " fine-tuned" universe, doesn't need any genetics, in fact doesn't need anything to accomplish whatever God wants to accomplish. All of this "evidence" you point to really is just a reflection of your own lack of faith.
Well now, you’ve got a colorful way of looking at things, I’ll give you that. But let’s dive into this a bit, shall we? You’re right God doesn’t need DNA to explain His creation. He doesn’t need anything to accomplish His will. But let’s not confuse what God doesn’t need with what He chooses to use. God’s omnipotence doesn’t mean He’s boundless in a chaotic sense; it means He’s all powerful, but also purposeful. He chose a specific way to create life, and DNA is part of that. It’s not a limitation on Him; it’s a reflection of His intricate design. See, DNA is like a language-a code-written with such precision that it blows the mind. Think about this: within every cell in your body, there’s a blueprint that determines what makes you, you. That’s not random. DNA is information, and information always points to intelligence. Codes don’t write themselves, and they don’t just randomly appear. If you walked into a room and saw words neatly written on a page, you wouldn’t assume the ink just spilled that way, right? No, you’d know someone put it there intentionally. DNA’s complexity points not just to a Creator, but to a Creator who is beyond brilliant. It’s like He’s saying, “I’ve woven My wisdom and power into every fiber of your being.” God, in His omnipotence, could’ve created us any way He wanted, but He chose DNA as part of His masterpiece. The fact that He did it with such complexity, beauty, and order speaks volumes about His character. Now, you say God doesn’t need a plan or a fine-tuned universe and sure, He could’ve made things differently. But He didn’t. He chose to create a universe that’s finely tuned for life. That’s not a reflection of a lack of power, but rather a testament to His care and intentionality. The precision of the universe, the laws of physics, the genetic code, it all works together in perfect harmony. Why? Because God is a God of order, not chaos. He’s not randomly throwing things into existence; He’s crafting a universe that reflects His glory, His wisdom, and His love for us. And here’s the thing about faith it’s not blind. God doesn’t ask us to check our brains at the door. He’s given us minds to think, to reason, and yes, to see His handiwork in the world around us. Romans 1:20 says that since the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities-His eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made. In other words, creation itself is shouting, “There’s a Creator!” But here’s where we get down to it: none of this is about DNA, or fine tuning, or even our ability to comprehend the universe. It’s about the heart of the Gospel, the good news that Jesus Christ came to save us. God’s creation is one way He reveals Himself to us, but His ultimate revelation is in Jesus. Through Christ, we don’t just get a glimpse of God’s power; we get to know His love, His grace, and His plan for our redemption. That’s what it’s all about. So, don’t get bogged down in whether God needs anything. Instead, focus on what God chose to do. He chose to create a universe that points to Him. He chose to design you with purpose. And most importantly, He chose to send His Son, Jesus, to rescue you and bring you back to Him. That’s the evidence of God’s love and power-the kind that not only creates life but also redeems it.
@@Theo_Skeptomai you’ve hit me with the classic question! “Have you ever observed this ‘God’?” It’s like asking me if I’ve ever seen the wind. No, I haven’t seen the wind, but I’ve sure felt its power, watched it bend trees, and known when it’s been blowing through my life. Same thing with God. Can’t see Him directly, but the evidence of His work? Oh, that’s all around us, like fingerprints left on everything He touches. Take DNA for instance, it’s like God’s signature written in the code of life. You ever really thought about that? DNA isn’t just a bunch of random molecules bumping into each other and forming you by accident. It’s a code-a language made up of four letters (A, T, C, G) that somehow tells your cells how to build your body. A language like that doesn’t just come from nowhere. Languages need writers, and codes need coders. So, what do we have here? We’ve got a masterpiece of design that’s got the touch of a Master behind it. Look at it like this: you’ve got DNA, a code so complex, we’re still trying to figure out all its layers. Now, if I handed you a book full of intricate code, you wouldn’t think it just wrote itself, would you? You’d know someone with some serious smarts sat down and put that together. Same thing with DNA. That’s God’s handiwork right there, and it’s more than just some vague idea, it’s a blueprint of life itself. But here’s where it gets real interesting: DNA isn’t just about mechanics and molecules. It’s about purpose. Just like God crafted the physical world with precision, He designed us with a spiritual purpose. He didn’t just stop at the science; He gave us a soul, something deeper than any code. And you know what that soul craves? It craves Him. That’s why we’re restless, searching for meaning in everything from relationships to careers to philosophies. That hole in our hearts can only be filled by the One who made us. So, back to your question, have I observed God? Every time I see a newborn baby, I see God. Every time I watch the stars and galaxies spin in perfect order, I see God. And every time I look at the cross, I see God in His most loving form, pouring Himself out for us through Jesus Christ. The real question isn’t whether I’ve seen God; it’s whether you’re willing to see Him. Because He’s been revealing Himself in every sunrise, in the complexity of DNA, and in the whisper of your own heart. And the pinnacle of that revelation? Jesus Christ. God Himself stepped into time and space, not just to show us His power, but to save us from the mess we’ve made. So if you’re looking for direct observation, you won’t find God in a petri dish. But you will find Him in the intricate design of life and in the sacrificial love of Jesus. He’s not a distant Creator, He’s a loving Father, calling you to see the truth of His creation and the even greater truth of His salvation plan. That’s the Gospel, my friend. You were made with purpose, you were loved enough to be redeemed, and you’re invited into a relationship with the God

@@Bill_Garthright Plenty of teachers have used that example, but you can think what you want. Evolutionism doesn't work at all. It's just a fairytale for people who reject God.
The Bible is historically accurate and should be taken literally. It’s the infallible word of God! The day age, and gap theory are garbage. Also, along with whatever other evolutionarily theory you want to throw in there. If you want to try and marry the Bible and evolution together, please explain to me how organic evolution took place? Obviously, that’s a rhetorical question. You can’t, it’s mathematically impossible. Where are all the missing links for macro-evolution? There are none. There was no death before sin. Death entered into the picture after Adam and Eve sinned against God. There weren’t any fossils in the ground before that. I can assure you that fossils don’t take that long to create. I accidentally made one once while doing some landscaping. I dug a large hole and while doing that, I buried a mushroom. Years later when I was using some of the dirt, viola, I had a fossilized mushroom! Also, why do you think God created the trees and all the plants before He created the sun? I think in His omniscient ways, He was aware of the ridiculous arguments that would attempt to undermine the Bible. Creation scientists are not intellectual dummies. They are brilliant and honest at the same time. Everyone has a biased nature. To claim creation scientists are looking at everything in a biased way, and that evolutionary scientists aren’t is flawed thinking. Evolutionary scientists are more biased. Anyway, I could go on for hours shooting holes in evolution. Though Ken Ham is much better at doing it, just watch more of his videos. I’m passionate about the subject because I grew up in the church and asked the questions about cave men and dinosaurs. I received ridiculous answers. Then when I got older and life became difficult and painful, I no longer believed in a loving God. I turned my back on God for almost two decades. Eventually I opened up my heart and gave it to Jesus after reading a book called “More Than a Carpenter” by Josh McDowell. I was saved and have been passionate about apologetics ever since. Telling any young person that there is no issue between evolution and the Bible is a terrible idea! After all, are you aware of what Jesus said in Matthew 18:6? I don’t want that for you or anyone. Neither does Jesus. He died for you and me to settle our debt. I care about you, and if I came across a little harsh, I apologize. Take care.

@beestoe993 he was going on and on about the word 'kind'. 2 Kinds of animals on the arc. he said the word choice was very significant. The Bible was written in Greek and Hebrew first. One thing I found illogical about Christianity is, in the Bible it says people knew God before Jesus was born so they knew of Genesis and God at the time that people spread out over the world (tower of Babel). How come people like American indigenous Indians, Australian Aboriginals, the different tribes in Africa, etc. didn't have any trace of Genesis and God in their stories of the past. “DNA is not just matter. … It’s an information system.” That’s like calling the periodic table of elements letters in a language. The letters of the alphabet are our system for representing words/ideas in human minds. As Ken Ham points out, the alphabet is only meaningful if you already know the language of the words. DNA doesn’t need anyone to know how to read it. Life doesn’t “read” DNA, it is part of the chemical process that life on earth uses. The only “reading” that happens to DNA is humans creating letters to represent the molecular structures of DNA. And, unlike language, it isn’t an interpreted language, it is just a description of how things work; Language represents ideas; DNA (as described) is simply the description of the molecule.

Kind is Family. 5. Kind is Order. You say that platypus is Monotremata, I agree. And Monotremata is Order. So you're saying that the Bible term "kinds" referring to order. You don't realize this doesn't work? Monotremata includes only five species of egg-laying mammals. The order Carnivora encompasses carnivorous mammals such as bears, cats, and dogs. If order is kind, according to what you say, that means bears, cats, and dogs are the same "kind" of animal. And best of all, Order Primates includes humans, apes, monkeys, and related species. So you just confirm that you accept evolution, yes humans are apes. It seems that Christians struggling to accurate define "kind" to the scientific taxonomic classification. What a mess. Also, Cottontail rabbits and European rabbits - are they the same "kind"? I think most creationists would say yes, only problem - they can't interbreed...😳
@@luish1498 Most creationists say that same kind include animals that that can interbreed. I remember a debate when Hovind said that. Also, we know without a doubt that cats are domesticated since ~9,500 years ago, and dogs are domesticated since ~30,000 years ago. 🐺 🐕 🐩
If your God exist, he must be a horrible designer. There will be a lot of "nothingness". The Andromeda Galaxy is on a direct collision course with our galaxy, the Milky Way. You can see it coming; we have an appointment in about 4.5 billion years. It's going to crash right into ours. Both galaxies will be completely reshaped. Whose design is that? Before this collision occurs, we need not worry much about it because the Sun is expected to swell into a red giant in about 5 billion years. Our oceans will boil, life on this planet will become extinct, and then the Sun will collapse into itself. Millions of other stars will implode, explode, and shoot themselves to death all over the sky. There will be a lot of "nothingness"! For those who claim credit for the existence of something, which deity will claim credit for the "nothingness"?
There's NOTHING my God cannot do. Why then didn't your god step in to stop the murder of 6 million + people in the nazi gas chambers in WW2, why then does your god allow little babies to be born with horrible diseases and disabilities, why then didn't your god stop pedophile priests and pastors from sexually abusing children ??? , why then doesn't your god not stop children from starving or being forced to work just to survive??.
Note: Animal blood only COVERS sin (that's what the words wrongly translated as "atonement" actually mean). The blood of Jesus takes away our sin, but NOT by Jesus paying the penalty that we should be paying (that is unjust according to God himself). Also, human beings do NOT have souls. Human beings ARE souls. The word for "soul" literally means "breathing creature". So yes, animals are souls too. Besides that, that's not what the "image of God" means. It means we are made to look like God. Also, souls don't live forever. They die with the body and must be physically raised from the dead to live anywhere for any amount of time.

While sulfur is not directly part of the nucleotide building blocks of DNA, it is considered necessary for DNA synthesis because certain enzymes involved in the process, like DNA polymerase delta, require an iron-sulfur cluster to function properly and maintain high fidelity during DNA replication; therefore, sulfur is indirectly required for DNA synthesis and crucial for DNA replication.

Burden of proof is on the one making the claim. It's very simple.

One of the main reasons why we should believe in God is because, as humans, we don't not know and we don't have enough information about the universe and beyond.
The only access to investigate the present universe or eternity is that we find the information in belief systems.
When we believe in the living God, He reveals Himself and His universe to us. unless we believe in God, we can not reach the whole truth.
Bless you, AIG ministry.
That makes exactly zero sense.
So rather than try to fill the gaps in our knowledge, just turn our brains off and say god did it?
_"as humans, we don't not know and we don't have enough information about the universe and beyond."_
Exactly! That's why, when we don't know something, we should just admit it. We don't have to stop looking, of course. But there's nothing wrong with "I don't know."
Unfortunately for theists, "I don't know" doesn't mean "God done it."
Throughout history, countless things that used to be thought supernatural have turned out to have a completely natural explanation, after all. That has never _once_ happened in reverse. So far, we are waiting for evidence that _anything_ "supernatural" actually exists in reality. But theists still have their imaginations.
Now, _maybe_ a god exists. _Maybe_ it's even the specific god that you were taught to believe as a child. But the time to believe that is _after_ there's good evidence it's actually true.

Excellent

I’ll also add this to the discussion:
Take it up with the empty tomb.
_There is abundant Biblical and extra-Biblical evidence supporting the resurrection_
Well we can ignore the idea that the bible verifies the bible.
What non-biblical evidence do you think you have?
Except that you can't prove the resurrection...

And finally, you present a muddle of failed arguments for the existence of a god. Arguments are called arguments because they are argument. They are not evidence.
Good job.
Hello there Joe,
Yes.

Lies through omission that they don't know and it's faith on how they interpret data that leads them to believe that they will find the proof to back their claim.
It's not that at the root of it all, they only have theories, it's that they always present it like it's fact and that they have faith more evidence will prove it. They state it as if it's fact, because if they admit it's faith based then they have to admit atheism is a religion. And since they have pushed for legislation that religion can't be taught in public schools, they would have to remove the teaching of evolution or accept creation into schools as another theory.

I'm willing to bet there's not a single young Earth creationist in this comment section who can even define the Big Bang model. I'm talking about just a basic description, of course, not looking for the math and all that stuff.

In other words, creation itself is shouting, “There’s a Creator!”
But here’s where we get down to it: none of this is about DNA, or fine tuning, or even our ability to comprehend the universe.
@BE_WERM Have you ever _directly observed_ this 'God'?
@@BE_WERM Was that a "yes" or a "no"?
@@BE_WERM I'm sorry you have such a lack of faith, but not surprised. Two points. DNA is not a blueprint. If it was all organisms would be clones of themselves. But organisms do change over timeThe genetic structure of organisms changes over time. That is foundational to evolution.

And, unlike language, it isn’t an interpreted language, it is just a description of how things work; Language represents ideas; DNA (as described) is simply the description of the molecule.
this guy is nuts
How so?
i suppose you don't believe in the God of the 6 day creation.
Do you think he knows zillion isn't actually a number 😂
@@apwill4765of course he knows. It was a figure of speech the same as if you or I were to use it.
@@grammystanley8736 weird cause he said billions, then trillions. Those aren't figures of speech those are numbers. Then in the same breath he said it's actually zillions. I think he thinks billions trillions and zillions all are numbers.

What "kind" of animal is a platypus?
Monotreme
@@RedfishThatICaughtIsMyPfp I have now got four (!) different answers from creationists, what a "kind" is in the scientific taxonomic classification:
1. Kind is Class.
2. Kind is Species.
@@tobias4411 «Cottontail rabbits and European rabbits cant interbreed but......... but....... they are still rabbits»
what the creationists will say.
@@luish1498 Most creationists say that same kind include animals that that can interbreed. I remember a debate when Hovind said that. Also, we know without a doubt that cats are domesticated since ~9,500 years ago, and dogs are domesticated since ~30,000 years ago. 🐺 🐕 🐩

God is a supernatural being. There's NOTHING my God cannot do.
So why does he fail so often? Why do his plans never work out? And why does he sit and watch so many evils that he could prevent?
Can he create a rock so heavy he cannot lift it?
Oh yes! According to Ken Ham, the snake and the donkey talks and the earth is 6,000 years old. This is very funny, if it was not so tragic by spreading this nonsense on YT.
