Anyone ever witness a big toolbox getting dumped? I saw a huge top and bottom box get tapped by a car sending it into an alignment pit. The guy was so shocked and distressed that he couldn’t even swear. That came later and was never ending!
Had to load a KETN843 on the back of a truck (was a spur of moment thing) this weekend using a 44k pound front loader using straps. When hoisted up the front wheels of the loader sagged almost halfway to the rim. Looking like flat tires under the load. Man, did we have fun off-loading that thing, even with the drawers taken out! The way you guys do it is the best and ideal way. Broke a sweat just watching this.
@@kirksvillehorsepower Yup. You and I both. It took an engine hoist against a slope and then slowly dropping it on one side holding for dear life so that the box does not go flying into hoist arm. We were four people! There is a reason why SO so pricy. Doubt it will be nearly as much of an effort with a Icon or whatever other brand. These things are stupid heavy.
Folks, these are the idiots working on your car, keep that in mind. Using a landscape trailer, majority of the weight is on the tongue, exceeding the GVWR, didn't remove his tools first. This is why these people are stuck in these types of jobs.
@@kirksvillehorsepower I can maybe see that even pushing it up there didn’t seem all too difficult I would have have used the lift that’s just me but that’s a damn nice box
Ya'll are just lucky the guy in the blue shirt brought those three extra people trapped in his belly to help.

I'd lose my shit. I've see them fall over when someone opens too many heavy drawers though.
I have done this before several times. It’s a 4 man job with the jack. Maybe 3 if u have a “Travis” on your team
He's a weapon in situations like this lol.
Yes that’s why u need diversity at the work place. We got a 4’10” guy for the tight attics
That is so true and I laughed a lot when I read that lol.
You sure was lucky that the tool box casters didn't cave the expansion mash tailgate 😮😮😅😅😊😊
No way my box would load onto that trailer without the ramp and floor collapsing
On today's episode of "How to get shit done"....this! Nice vid man! 👍👍
I literally have to do this exact thing in a few weeks and I’m stressing tf out. Snapon epiq 84 in a Home Depot trailer

Their weight can be deceiving. I like seeing people who have never messed with one try to lift one end by the handle. They're heavy.

Been there done that, stressful, well done.
What happened at its new home destination... just roll it off
Somebody else's problem then lol
I need to get that up 5 deep steps into an office type showroom/shop
Should to a tour of the teal epic! Can’t wait to order my teal box! Keep the videos coming!
There's more coming. I love that teal color too!
I agree. Please, more video clips of the teal one. I have a teal 68 epiq myself but that black side walls with the hutch looks sickkkkk! Subscribed!
$500 trailer $5000 tool box
Good job some helpful coworkers you got
How I do make the tool box back on the leg from the side
*Wouldn’t it be easier to use the lift to pick it up and back the trailer up and lower the box on the trailer?*
*going 70 down the freeway, drawers open causing massive damage*
That would be a good video
Also I have seen one person do this by himself very carefully with a come along from HF lol
I'm all for working independently but it's hard to beat having some helping hands in a situation involving heavy stuff.
That how you get errrr doneee
Lol 🤣
Travis is teh Hulk lol
He should get 1 hr for labor add to his paycheck.
I have the smaller one and holy shit its heavy we had to carry to the truck we were like 6 guys and we could barely lift it

Towtrucks are alot easier.
Don’t get any more hack then that
Great video 👍
Thanks
Why wouldn’t you use the lift and some straps to pick up the box and set it in the trailer
He didn't want to risk bending anything or dropping it. I think it's too deep to use the four post lift method. But yeah that works well too.

Hello Tavis. ☺️☺️🥰🥰🥰
