I have such a crush on this dude. He looks like a Curt or a Cory. I just bought a quad with this plow on it and it wasn't threaded right. Thanks for making this video.
I have a click and go 2 snow plow kit on my Grizzly 2015 with tracks. Find that the snow plow is very poorly mounted to the bike and the snow plow he's made from very thin cheap Steel. Wish now I would have had did more research I would not have spent the money on this product.
I have this system mounted to my Commander 1000 for this past 3 years. Build quality is ok but there are issues that I have come across. First of all, the 72" plow blade formed cracks where the blade is welded to the blade frame. I have had too weld this on two separate occasions. Another issue I have had is the angling mechanism. The "tooth" that locks the blade in place has bent causing the angle to jam in place. This also caused the guide for the tooth to deform and I have had to replace both. I would also recommend the end caps for the blade as it spills a lot of snow from each side.
I have this plow on my 2016 grizzly,,, I have camso t4s tracks so I needed the extension aswell,,, installation was easy and the mounting plate is very low profile,,, click and go is a very accurate name,,, it's so easy and convenient to pull off and put back on bike,,, takes seconds,,, the hinge adds a ton of height so ramping snow and traveling with plow up over deep snow is no issue,,, awesome feature... angling blade is smooth and has yet to ice up on me... overall fantastic blade,, I'd definitely recommend
I just got this plow but have not mounted it yet. But from what the atv dealer told me is that you only have to drill the stock plastic skid plate. Hope that helps.
Did you change the winch cable to a little short one for plowing? If not it's eventually going to snap due to all the wear going up and down and rubbing in a little short section.

😂
I have that same set up on my rzr and love it. Best kit hands down
This looks very nice, I’d like to see more video of it in action.
What do you hook your winch to in the garage to lift your atv vertically like that? Great idea. I'm just afraid ill pull down the rafters!

Plz do a vid about the Yamaha blaster
You guys should do a vid on how to install a winch on a teryx 4
Which mount plate are you using? I'm having trouble finding one for a 2022 outlander 650 xmr

I have an older Click & go Blade
M'y question is is the mounting point on the Blade the same as this one
I wonder if you have to upgrade your suspension to handle the weight?
No.
@dirttraxtv I went and bought the plow. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
Should put a can am plough on the bike. Alpine flex plough
Approximate weight of the blade? Is this possible on a pickup truck?
Does the click n go 2 pivot enough to plow a 48" side walk with a 54" plow blade?

Want want want.
KimPex did send the WRONG Universal mounting kit, it to short and wont click in to the plowbar-frame!
Polaris/Glacier is much easier to use. I really do like the fenders though.
I wish you went in more depth about the mounting kit. Do you need to drill out the upgraded metal skid plates or is it just the stock plastic one?

I have a can am800xt and I had to completely remove my skid plates and leave them off if I want the plow on.

He doesn't have the winch attached to the plow properly... there's a loop closer to the plow
No air tools
I'll keep my cycle country takes me 10 mins to install and has a lever I can hit with my foot
Clint Burt a lever for what?
@@smcox1991 lever to move my plow left or right
Once mounting plate is on bike it takes like 30 seconds to mount and dismount blade,,, and to angle blade is maybe 5 seconds
your cable configeration is wrong on the plow! good bye.
Literally the exact same way Kimpex has it set up in their video.
