I still love the stupid oaf. More than I ever have, in fact. I know exactly how I feel and I will wait patiently for him to figure it out as well”
Merrin is so hot in the game. I’m glad she and Cal finally getting together and fell in love. Hopefully their romance story will continue in the next game. Like since they adopted Kata, they would get married and started a family at the ending scene.

The problem is that the guy is disarmed and isn't a threat. No "nameless" ennemy in the game just drops his weapon and surrenders, and it's different to kill someone with the lightsaber, and killing someone with a dark side power :p.
Exactly as the above comments say. It's the difference between executing Dooku whose lost both arms and can no longer fight back vs defending one self in a war like situation. It's not an act of war or survival but becomes an act of choice.
