Sir..i want ur help....i had diagnosed to young age hypertension 2 yrs ago but no treatment taken continuously...now i am 33 & my ldl 127 hdl 52 total 202 and bp around 140/100 to 170/120 and sometimes palpitations then i do ecg, 2d echo and renal Doppler and all tests results are ok but doctor prescribed me to take bp and cholesterol tablets lifetime...pls suggest me to either continue with this or go with Homeopathy/Aurvedic treatment.. i don't want to take lifetime tablets..pls sir🙏
