Oh my, thanks for reacting OneOKRock! More OOR live reactions please^^💙 When you react OOR, recommend the live versions. Their live shows are at another level. Vocalist Taka sings amazingly, his crowd control also great, the whole band is talented. Here's some of the recommendations: Take what you want 2018 Japan Ambitions Japan Dome Tour One by One 2015 35xxxv Saitama Super Arena Tour (Taka's green hair version) Take me to the Top 2015 35xxxv Saitama Super Arena Tour The beginning 2019 Eye of the Storm Tour Yokohama The Renegades 2023 Luxury Diseases Japan Dome Tour **They have like 10 albums released until now, a lot of songs to explore^^
I'm glad you enjoyed my recommendation. 🙂 The members are Taka (lead singer), Ryota (bass), Toru (guitar) and Tomoya (drums). As you can see, they have a large fan base in Japan and are also becoming increasingly well-known internationally. I had the pleasure to see them live in Germany last year. It was at a smaller venue with about 3,000 people, but it was an amazing experience. Taka writes many of the lyrics and he wants to deliver a meaningful message. He has a great voice and he's also a very emotional singer and his interaction with the crowd is awesome. OOR is a rabbit hole to go down. They have soft ballads, hard rock songs with growls and screams and everything in between. There is something for everyone. Check out "Take what you want" from the same tour (AMBITIONS JAPAN DOME TOUR), "I was king" (orchestra version), "Good Goodbye" (an acoustic song), Renegades (co-written by Ed Sheeran) etc. They have so many bangers. In Japan, they pronounce their band name as "One o'crock" (derived from "One o'clock", the time they practiced in the studio because it was cheaper to rent it at night). Outside of Japan, however, they introduce themselves as ONE OK(ay) ROCK and that's how Taka has said their name in English interviews.
Hey! Thank you for the reaction! Please watch these performances as well: 1) Take what you want live from ambitions Japan dome tour 2) Make it out alive from 1chance festival live performance 3) One by one live from 35xxv tour 4) The Beginning Eye of the storm live
Some of my favorite One Ok songs is 3xxxxv5 with Take me to the Top, Clock Strikes and Take What You Want, all of them LIVE. This band is great, Live. My 2nd favorite Japanese band, next to Band Maid and right above Wagakki.

Iconic band, talented, creative, original. Make sure you don't miss their "Take What You Want And Go" from the same concert. I have some equaly apocalyptic suggestions on the Japanese scene. LiSA "Homura" (The First Take), "Gurenge" Live Yoasobi "Idol" Live '23, "Racing Into The Night" (Yoru ni Kakeru) / The Home Take BABYMETAL - Road of Resistance - Live in Japan (OFFICIAL)
Hi! Like @MichealReiter said they a lot of variety in their music. They look young and in a way they are but not that young. Taka is 35 Toru is 35 Ryota is 34, and Tomoya is 36. They formed the band in 2005 so almost 2 decades. They have 10 albums the latest being Luxury Disease. They have strong western world influences. They are really close with linkin Park. They have collaboration with 5sos sleeping with sirens Avril laving teddy swims they just co-wrote a song with Ed sheeran. Taka just made in appearance at Ed's concert in Japan a few weeks ago. Their label is fueled by Ramen. They are so humble. They play all kinds of venues like 50,000 stadiums to under a 1000 small venues with the same intensity and dedication. They love their fans. I jokingly say that the fans are the 5th members of the band. Live reaction are the way to appreciate them best but their MV are master pieces too. I look forward to see your next reaction to them. You have a lot of suggestions but if i can give you one will be "Clocks strikes " from the luxury disease tour in Japan 2023. ❤❤❤
