Mumbai is a Metro City & Capital of Maharashtra - So there is Zero Load Shading, In VVCMC Region now it's limited to 2-3 hours in a Week. There used to be a heavy load Shading a few years ago. Now the situation has improved.
If everything is fine then house will not be affordable. Situation will improve over period of time due increase demand from middle class. I am very curious to know ground reality in virar as I stay in suburbs.
Palghar Municipal Corportaion is most currupt institution. This city has no management. PALGHAR WILL BE NEXT NALASOPARA IN NEXT 5 YEARS. Builders in palghar charging so high price i.e. 15 years + future price = Current Price 😂😂 and making people fool.

The difference between mumbai and vasai virar is load shedding... electricity can go anywhere anytime of the day.
