In the wild nature of course it's far different : predators, illness, parasites, bad (or lack of) food, traps, hunters, etc .... It's difficult to find a duck older than 15 years in the wild.
& Same logic for a human in the wild nature where his life expectancy will be 20-30 years , not more !

Central Park seems somewhat like Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Haven't been there but would like to someday. She made that fountain all the more beautiful.

Wrinkle is such an amazing ambassador animal. She brings joy to people wherever she goes. It’s easy to forget how much joy animals can bring to our lives, and I think Wrinkle does an excellent job of reminding everyone that we could all use a bit of animal companionship sometimes.
Just the fact this man (and the camera person) loves this duck so much, is enough to live another day. I'll pray that I could love and be loved like this Man and his Duck.

I love Central Park. ❤️ We live in Colorado but it was a bucket list to visit NYC during Christmas to see the tree so we went in 2017 and the first place we went was central park. Alice in Wonderland - my favorite storybook story from childhood - was a dream to see the amazing sculpture. Took TONS of pics. Saw the tree that night.
