as a person who has been following kep1er since debut, this album has shown their abilities to the fullest and has literally 0 skips. their previous works were always so good but with the bad title track choices no b-side ever got the recognition it deserves, so i hope u can check out their b-side!!!!
Your reaction to 'Drip' had me rolling, 🤣.Good stuff. Kep1er was pretty much dead in the water, at the last minute they re-signed to another company, and then they drop this bomb, which, in the opinion of long-time Kep1er fans, is their best work so far. I was blown away by this, and makes me want to check out the rest of their discography too. They had the reputation of being the weakest GG to come out of a survival show, but after this, that will no longer be true for sure. This was quite amazing. The two members that left re-debuted in the group MADEIN (which was previously know as LIMELIGHT), which I think I mentioned to you before. Worth checking out as well, it's a (sadly) very short release. Also, don't know if you knew this, but Hikaru was supposed at some point to join XG after her Kep1er contract ended. Thinking about it sounds weird now, but I think both XG and Hikaru are where they're supposed to be. I hope Kep1er can keep this level of quality moving forward. Damn, now I need to get to know the members better.
The reason Hikaru joined GP999 was because she wasn't in the XG line up and Kep1er wasn't the weakest GG from the survival show. If from Mnet yes, but there are still other gg's weaker than them (probably popularity and sales)
Yayyy so glad you loved this album! I had such a strong feeling you would. This group is sooo deeply underrated, and I’ll tell you why: poor management. As others have said in the comments, ever since they went from 9 to 7 members after their last album (where they were supposed to disband after, but 7/9 members’ companies allowed them to sign on for another contract) they’ve been managed by someone new who actually seems to be giving the girls really strong music and promo. BUT: that’s not to say their music before wasn’t also great!!! (Mostly the company just did a crappy job picking their title tracks, and the b-sides were a little more hit or miss… also the company sucked at promotion). This doesn’t take away from the fact that Kep1er has some incredible b-sides (and even a few title tracks tho these are often divisive) that fans love. Mvsk, Flowers flutter your heart, Le Voya9e, love on lock, problem, back to the city, LVLY, tOgether fOrever, the girls, Daisy… just some of their S tier b-sides that are loved by fans Anyways, I hope you do a spotlight on them sometime, because I’d really love to check it out! Yooo Kep1er has an crazyyy discography, if you want to here more from them, I'd personally recommend either their 2nd EP [Doublast!] or 4th EP [Lovestruck!] as those are two of my favorites for sure.

hikaru was never meant to be in xg because she was cut out of the lineup back in trainee days
