As a cat, sure. Unfortunately, very few people receive this level of unconditional love, understanding, appreciation of personality and individuality, and around the clock dedication to supporting their needs and quality of life.

all kitties should live their lives loved and in a home. It can be tough, but the love WE get is amazing.
One cat we rescued off the street after his people moved away. He had no interest in coming inside, and me and another kind neighbor made sure he had two meals a day. He was very OK with this. Then we noticed him getting so skinny. Much to his displeasure I got him inside Dec23, 2022. Our Vet said "take him home, spoil him rotten, but do not get attached - he's VERY sick, but not in pain". He was in end-stage liver failure. So that's what we did.
The little stinker IS STILL HERE!!!! ANd VERY spoiled rotten ❣❣❣ And loving every minute of being our cat.
Grizz - Russian Blue - is estimated to be around, now, 17 YO. Is deaf, and has three teeth, and we adore him.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think meeting physical, mental, social and emotional needs is pampering. But yes, this lovely couple, with their time and resources, are going above and beyond to adapt their world to meet Meep's needs in a way that is a rare level of care for cats, pets and people.

My girl is also 19. I had her spayed at 6 months old bc it was the requirement on the military base, but I would have loved for her to have one litter first. Out of 60ish cats I grew up with over a 20 year span (we were the unofficial cat sanctuary in tye neighborhood, so most of them were dropoffs), I'd never met anyone like my baby.
My baby she is 20 years old, she was just diagnosed with cancer. My heart is breaking into million of shards. We are fighting for every moment now. I am going to be lost without her.

I can relate to Meep. I like MOST people just fine. But I wouldn't want them strolling through my home, especially not 134 of them! That is a remarkable number of cats to foster. I admire your devotion.
90 y.o cats sure keep their looks better than the human species. My ragdoll is 17 and still looks as beautiful as he was as a kitten.

i was wondering about that as well. especially when Meep got inside that "cat tree" type thing at the 1:20 minute mark. it's basically an enclosed box with some kind of fabric bedding in it so it def would be a spot with an intense smell of other cat.

Sweet Meep 😻 Senior cats are worth the effort of caring for them! They usually have special needs of diet, environment & mobility. They need heated beds for their aching bodies and extra step platforms to get up on things.
But they are wise, funny, grateful and devoted companions!
