I can't imagine watching without Aaron being a part of it! Keep it up
Aaron is the only reason i watch
While you were on "vacation" I watched Aaron like a hawk to make sure he stayed busy Mike. I'm pleased to report he dun good. 😁😁
That control box is better than one you would have paid out a grand for, a lot better built and a fantastic paint job. Can't wait to see the plasma table in action, will definitely be useful in the short and long term. 👍
Most excellent job on the control box cost effective paint dose matter but safety yellow is a good choice seeing the machine is yellow nicely done Arron it’s going to be a babe when it’s finished 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
Ya know, You could redesign the control panel and send the design to someone with a plasma table.🤣
😅
What a brilliant idea! A plasma table would be a great addition to the shop.
@@Silverhornet81 😅
@@adubbelde1 maybe a thermosomethingsomething
Great minds think alike!!!
A good place to store those magnets is to stick them just under the edge of the welding table.
When you strip the box down that would be a great time for Aaron to get out his yellow paint.
Safety Yellow!!!🤣🤣🤣🇺🇸🇺🇸
@Marty54GMC ...Aaron's always getting the name of the paint wrong....so I am suggesting that he just call it somthin he will remember...how about Old Yeller ?
it's nice how you think off your employe and give him things that actually is in benefit of the company so when Aaron dies his presents is still at your disposal. That is so kind of you
Howdy Mr. Dirt AND Aaron, Sounds like you had fun on your mini working "vacation"! Wonderful progress on the plow! Love watching this re-design & re-build! Thumbs up! Aaron - wear your safety gear!!! Jim
Loving this project!
Thanks for sharing 🇨🇦
I am looking forward to seeing it all work together
Aaron every time Mike tells you no that you can't paint something yellow, paint it Pink 😂😂, great video as always. See ya on the next video ✌️
These shop videos are some of the BEST!
You guys have got me real interested in seeing this particular plow laying tile for Farmer Chris. 🤣🤣👍🇺🇸💪
Absolutely Love your videos. Love seeing a job done start to finish. Aaron and Mike truly amazing. ❤🎉🎉 Love you guys . Fine out standing hard working guys. Stay safe 🙏. God's blessings to you and your family and friends ❤️
When working in the foundry or rubber shops I would overlay my replacement metal and POP RIVIT instead of welding to minimize warping because a smooth surface is more appealing.
Always a pleasure watching ❤
Good job guys thanks again for sharing
Thanks Mike and Aaron
Every little step forward is one less task to undertake in the future. The communication box remodel is looking A+.
Awesome work and attention to detail ✅️
That box you made for the tile plow, turned out Amazing, great job on building it, and certainly a great job on painting it Aaron❤❤, great work guys😎😎👍👍🍮🍮
Again, this tile plow is the best series to watch, thanks!
Steel and aluminum are usually done in a controlled environment. The class cutters are steel hall, aluminum deck, and super structure..
"Grinder and paint, makes me the welder I ain't" Confucius says.
Cool project.. Looking forward to seeing it in the field laying some tile.
When the Cat's away, the Mice will play! GO, MBTS! Great video! Loved it! I learned my lesson on my CASE 480 Backhoe. If you change one hydraulic line, you might as well change them all! It's a whole lot easier. I had my head turned away from the hose that blew and before I could blink: 5 gallon on very expensive hydraulic fluid turned into dust abatement! Thanks Mike and Aaron! Lee
Hoffman enclosures grey paint is also killer. It destroys end mills when you need custom cut outs.
Mike, you will be proud of Aaron. Not only did he clean the toilet, but he actually did real work and didn't get Jenna yelling at him the whole time 😂😂😂. I can't wait to see that tile plow cab back together and make money in the field. I don't want the boss to take away your checkbook before the auction this weekend 😂😂😂.
That’s why you only weld one edge of a panel at a time, so when it grows, it won’t buckle
Good job guys. Mike I watched my first Andrew Camarata video and he burnt his Hyundai excavator to the ground. Take care guys and stay safe.
$800 for a control box is crazy but the old one came out really real with the new welded top and paint, unless someone saw this video they would think it was a new buy. Aaron/Mike thank you for another good video!
You should have relabeled the extra indicators on your control panels to mess with people as well. This meter will tell you how many worms in the soil, etc, etc…LOL
Defiantly made for great viewing guys, Aaron done good on that box bro. Ken. Oh must watch the final of the Hyundai showdown when it pops up.
Aaron. Since you was having to do all the work by yourself while you know who is on vacation again. You should have used those welding magnets to hold the box while you was grinding with the wire brush.
Is anyone counting how many times Aaron says "vacation"? There will be a quiz on it later. And someone send that man some Yellow Saftey Paint.
Howdy 🤠 from the Northwoods of Minnesota. Thanks for your time and sharing. Awesome job
Aaron, you should have used your magnets to hold the box stable while sanding and brushing with the wire wheel so you didn't have to chase the box all over the table. Came out great. looks like a new $800 box.
Hey Mike! You know how you said you thought you needed a new battery box? Why don't you have Aaron weld legs on the bottom of the old one. To lift it up to the right height !Oh and when you pull a hydraulic house thru the machine, tie a rope/wire to the end, so you can pull a new one back thru the same route ! Hey Aaron, You didn't say "Vacation" enough, in your video!
In the Coast Guard, our hydraulic tanks were 160 not running that’s what we kept the tank at.
Aaron should go into business making those control box / cabinets. About 40 bucks worth of steel and a 10 dollar piano hinge and an hours labor to make one. Even selling for half price would be a 400% profit margin!
She's going to be a fine piece of equipment when you get it all finished up for sure
Continue on my Friends! Thanks again for sharing 😀 😊
Safety Yellow for the win 😆🤣😂
Good morning sunshines! Always love waking up to a new video from y'all! Much love and respect from Henderson Ga USA
Great video! Vacation 5 times before you came back. Control cabinet looks good. MBTS did an awesome job!! Keep'em coming.
Wasn’t there a drinking game that every time Aaron said vacation we aka Mikes people had to drink a Beer 😁
Well, the box isn't Safety Yellow, but it is Bright Yellow! Met in the middle ground on that one! Looking forward to seeing the new box set up!
Over the next 3 years awesome comeback
What would DP do without AARON !!! LOVE THAT GUY !!!😘😘😘😘
MIke, I'm sure Clint's son Tucker would like to make a few bucks, and he makes things for his dad on the Plasma table, he could have made you a new lid for your Instrument panel, designed by you, to fit your needs, and added the openings for your switches and gauges, and shipped to you
I gotta say, Aaron makes good content by himself. That says a lot about Mike as his boss.
Good morning Mike and Aaron
This is some useful information Mike about saving money, good thinking by putting it in a video!
Make sure to paint that Bright Yellow MBS!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If one of those hour meters has a zeroing button, it would be handy to know how long a certain job took, or how much ground you can plow in a given time! GOOD LUCK and keep up the good work!
That box looks like a new one! Great video!
Just so impressed with all the knowledge you guys have with so many different things. I wish I had a quarter of the knowledge you guys have.
Good morning Mike and Aaron
You guys did an awesome job on this project! It turned out really good! I like wearing plaid shirts i love the color of the one you have on! Have a good vacation!
Good morning. I am looking forward to watching another video that is sure to be an epic Dirt Perfect video!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Competition was great, box turned out really nice. Wishing you and your family the best.
Doing you own design work to refurbish original panel saved big bucks. Better functioning for all the changes you made.
DP, If I organized my screwdrivers like that, I would still be missing one! Also, you have a good worker there in Arron. He is getting the job done. Just don't let him ever work for the Bomb Squad, "Oh, I hope I cut the right one" @39:12 ! 🤣🤣
I know it hurts but Aron was right. You were holding the soap stone backwards. I was yelling at you through the tv before he said it. 😂😂
Monday Morning! The rebuild! Here we go! Cheers!;-)!
Man, you've got that control box in great shape! It'll be great for the auto show.
Totally agree with the guy about plasma tables, great suggestion. Heck, I don't know what they big deal is, I bought a portable plasma cutter online for $200. Just need to man up Nancy!!!! As Matt (Diesel Creek) says, and grinder and paint makes me the welder I aint.😮
Love my Vevor cord reel. Liked it so much I bought one for my son too. Got their air hose reel too.😺
Great video. You 2 guys are pretty dang smart. Awesome job. Thanks for the ride my friend.
DP you were saying how great the paint on the box was, did you realize it was great 🇨🇦 paint. As you found out, this behemoth was designed and built in the great white north.
That big hammer and block of wood reminds me of repairing flight controls 😊. Bigger the hammer the better the mechanic.
Barney behind the scenes awesome paint job When you put this machine back together you should replace the seat with a toilet for joke when Mike comes in I would like to see his reaction LOL 😁
Good stuff, thats one hell of a project!!
Mega cool project! Nice video to the both of you. Looking forward to see the $800 box being installed. Those Chinese products worked fine for Scrappy Industries on his crane to make it a remote controlled crane. Good luck!
The Yankee tradition: use it up; wear it out; do without. Heck of a lot better than tossing the old box and buying one from China. For that matter, rebuilding the plow is the ultimate in recycling. When it's finally beyond fixing, it will bring the same for scrap. It will probably go for decades after DP and MBTS are both retired.
MBTS rules, awesome paint job on the box
You are doing a outstanding job Aaron for your boss 😊
Progress is being made gentleman, nice paint job Aaron.
Paint it bright hi vis pink. He will love that😂
I really can’t wait to see this thing in action! It’s going to be sweet. Then it will also be cool to see how you change and upgrade this machine over the next few years (like cab and such).
Gotta give ya two credit you put more videos out then others
Oh yeah, back to shop time! Enjoying the process of rejuvenating the plow. Aaron kept himself busy and us entertained while the boss was away, thanks buddy! Now DP! We are all hoping you didn't embarrass us by getting beat by our other buddy "18" down in GA. We are still waiting to view the finals and it's Feb. 10th! Come on Chris, stress overload! Cough it up! Looking forward to next year already!
Yes. It's showing
Hello Mike,
I hope you did well at your working vacation at the Hyundai event. You may want to look at the 27:00 minute timestamp of this video and explain to Aaron that those 45/90 red magnetic clamps you used to rebuild the control box lid would work to hold the box to the steel table so he didn't chase it around the table top while sanding. LOL, They were still there on the table.
I NEVER SEE LETS DIG18 IN HIS SHOP. I LIKE HOW YOU TWO STAY BUSY DURING RAINY DAYS
LetsDig18 hires people to do his mechanical work.
hes grouchy and miserable so I stopped watching him
Awesome job Mike and Aaron , great job Aaron welding and painting and hoses
Me personally, I'd have an indicator light to tell you when all the cooling fans are on the High setting. Then you can cut your ground speed back for a moment on a super hot day to help get your temps back in check. Might be hard to hear them and it will make you look at your fluid temp gauge(s) as well. You have those relays and should have an auxiliary set of contacts on those fan controllers.
Love the color of the control box !!!!
Mike , I sure hope you are enjoying your vacation while Aaron is working!!!!😂
Thats a REAL Bodyman , mixing the bondo on the body panel !!!!!
You guys work so safe. Welding over batteries and in front of open paint cabinets. Mike I sure hope your insurance company doesn’t watch. 😂😂😂😂. And that box was powered coated , and that stuff is hard as a rock to remove. Anyway more shenanigans please. 😂😂😂😂
The shot of Aaron looking at the tools ,looked like a little kid at the Candy store !
These videos with Aaron could be titled Aaron Shorts .
The Dash ,using Black plastic sheeting is a good remedy to clean up and make a stylish dash panel .
I hope removing all those gauges and switches doesn't come back to haunt !
That is quite a collection of screw drivers…, and Mike I am so happy you acknowledge your developmental “height” challenged shop employees, and installed that tool rack at the proper height…, Just kidding MBTS…, I couldn’t resist a little jab in the side, you are definitely an invaluable asset to the “Dirt Perfect” company.
Great video series going on here Mike,
Thank you sir.
Good thing RICO ABRU is not working for DP . DIRT RACERS KNOW WHO HE IS .
Vacation = 6 and we with you Aaron you cutting the right line...😅
I've seen these special tables.... You program into a computer the design and it automatically cuts it out PERFECT...... would have really made that control box lid a lot easier....👍👍
Enjoyed it as always
MBTS you are the best. LOve watch you work your welding supper. Love the Safety Yellow. keep up the great work. stay safe and have fun.
Good morning gentlemen..
D.P. I like all your videos. But this build is my favorite..along with all other in shop videos..I like how you too fix anything that comes up..good day sir.
Fine job on the box boys
Good job guys
