I know that's the same location used for the original "Safety Dance" video, but are those the same Morris dancers? It looks like they could be.

OMG you just made my day with this. It's funny and cute, and combines two of my fav 80's songs :D Plus I must say, the guy playing Jareth is pretty damn perfect. I can't believe it but he's actually skinnier than Bowie was in the movie (which to me is a good thing!). Very sexy. And the mannerisms are perfect too. Sorry I hope I'm not embarrassing him ;) This was so much fun to watch!

What a hoot! Well done. However (and no intent to be critical) I don't think I ever reliazed how much the zany energy and expressions of the blonde made the original video until I saw this. Nothing against the recreator, but rather a testament to the infectious intensity of the original performer; I'm not sure anyone could match that! Is she also local? If you could have gotten her to participate too, that would have made my day!
