my husky/retriever was a major runner, and had horrible recall, with about 4 days of electric collar outings, at first she had to be hit with electricity at higher volts, then a day later she responded to low shock, and within 4 days she just had to be beeped, and after a few months she doesn't run, and recalls about 95% of the time without any need of collar, she will still dart off at squirrels or deer on occasion, but leashless trail walks and park trips I don't have to worry about her running off at all. so don't feel bad at using the shock, after they get it, they hardly ever need to be shocked again after just a few times. and your dog will be safer for it

When you say come, tap, and then reward, are you continuously tapping until the dog comes or are you just tapping once and then the dog comes?

I got the EZ-900 and my dial is very hard to turn. Is the unit bad or does it take some time to break in?
Some are super stiff. Call the number on the back of the remote and they will likely replace it for you! (2yr warranty)
My mini educator doesn’t tone when I press S, how can I change the settings?
My dog started digging holes thinking it’s coming from the ground 😂😂
