Cool concept because I didn't see the original Catastrophe Fell Sans so for me its look cool and new. I dont have any proposition for new concept but I have a question, you want remade/rework your Extreme Fell Sans concept? Because I think you can made him better

Well, first, There is no "catastrophe fell sans", there's SkeleBros fell sans version. It has 2 phases and the first one is called differently. Just wanted to point that out.
First of all; that is the dialogue from rise of souls from phase 2, second of all; the song is longer than 2 minutes, even the death scene is at about the 2:30 mark.
I think in one move for underfell called destruction of the underground underfell active it and the charas have to slow repair the pilars for corridor if charas not do it the pieces of the map start falling and kill charas because the room get entire of pieces of judment hall
I think if they add it they'll probably do it as no mercy pacifist

If catastrophe fell sans was added they should do a event of it and my requirements for phase 1 is Need fell sans and completed C.A.T.A.S.T.R.O.P.H.E G.E.N.O.C.I.D.E (cuz I wanted to call it like that)and 2500 wins and dodges is 25 for phase 2 requirements is need fell sans and C.A.T.A.S.T.R.O.P.H.E G.E.N.O.C.I.D.E event completed and 5430 wins edit : I'll change the phase 2 wins to 3021
