Every night, put a couple of pillows under your legs...keeping your legs elevated is going to provide relaxation to your back, while you are in bed...if you turn on your side at night ..put a pillow in between your knees...as well as one leaning against your body..like a body pillow...this is going to expedite your recovery....in the meanwhile do some grip exercises everyday...if you have any questions...I'm here! I know injuries! Lol! You got this kid! 🤙

Yeah, that was a bad one for sure. Just slammed in the face, at least the new bike ate up the impact and didn’t buck you off on the bounce. Get well , at least the series is done and season closing out.
