Edit 8-29-2020: Thanks to a butt head in the comments being HUGELY aggressive over my incorrect statement about Edgar Ross I would like to clarify he was hunting and not fishing since apparently it pissed them off SOOO much they had to curse at me unlike the 20 previous comments that politely explained to me what actually happened. I only played RDR2 3 times and never played RDR since PS NOW sucks and can't stream RDR for shit.
As of today this comment has 782 likes and I don't give a crap if it gets taken down. Everyone else was being a good sport about it and this guy had to go and be a ass about it.

He is only in Red Dead Online. Same as Bonnie and Amos
shakey is mostly online, you can find him in tall trees or thieves landing or near armadillo somewhere around the outside of that area.

So...? I mean aside the fact that's a massive reach, hair colour isn't necessarily from your parents, and it changes as you get older. My hair was bright blonde as a child, neither of my parents are blonde.
A buddy of mine was born completely ginger because his grandfather was, but he now has dark hair. His parents were irrelevant.

@@mango8127 compare him to Dutch from RDR2 tho. It also can explain why John took off for a year and why Dutch totally lost his shit when Jack was kidnapped. And all the dialogue between Arthur and John that implied that John wasn't the father(and gave people the impression that Arthur was) fits.
@@Lordoftheapes79 First off, Arthur looks nothing like adult Jack. Also John was way more pissed off and worried about Jack than Dutch. If John truly thought Jack was Dutch's he wouldn't of cared nearly as much. Not to mention Jack still looks almost exactly like John when he's a teenager and adult.

We have seen jack grow up, he appears in all 4 highlighted years and doesn't die- RDR3 is his story i think. it's gonna be him discovering technology, maybe fighting in ww1, and seeking revenge

And Adult Jack looks more like son of Javier Escuela than of John Marston
The only similarity between Jack and Javier is the mustache. Adult Jack was designed to look like John
Bonnie, Amos and Shaky appears in 1898 (RDR2 online) not 1899.
So RDR2 was the past and RDR1 was the future

If they remaster RDR1 as a DLC for RDR2, they need to make the time jump between John’s death and Edgar’s death longer. Perhaps it’s 1919, jack has just returned from the First World War as a young soldier who is finally ready to avenge his fathers death. I say this because there’s no way puberty hit jack that hard between 1911 and 1914

Jack probably got enlisted to the United States Army in 1914 as the First World War was going on around that time,and it’s when the us joined.
So Jack Marston was 7-6 years old
Then 6 years later it got 12-13
Years later he got 16-17
And then we got 21-22

Rdr2; John avenged the gang killed Micah, kind of made peace with Dutch, got the Blackwater money, whole family is alive, has a ranch, pretty much got away clean, The surviving good gang members all had good endings too,The surviving bad gang members really had no interest in going after John so he was safe. And in the end he wasn’t living like an outlaw anymore.
Everyone got a “happily ever after” at the end of rdr2. there was no reasonable need to extend the story past rdr2. Other than for the sake of “actions have consequences” being one of the themes of this franchise.
If rdr1 was never made and rdr2 was made first this is more or less what most if not everybody would be saying about the newly announced RDR1 game following John
1. “sure let’s just ignore Arthur sacrifice to save John and his family“
2. “John has no story to tell plus he got a happy ending just leave him alone“
3. “1911 is when they’re setting this game.. The west is over by 1911 shouldn’t even touch the 1910s anyway”
4. “this is entirely forced and doesn’t make any sense with the rdr2 ending this is so uncalled for“
5. “Who asked for this????”
6. “unnecessary cash grab“
7. “to be honest I found John kind of mid, he’s just not engaging enough to justify a whole game about him”
But notice how nobody says these things especially first time RDR 1 players after playing red dead redemption two.. this is exactly why Jack’s game should not be Shunned or ignored like it’s such an impossibility that has zero narrative sense.
rdr1 ending when Jack kills Edger.
Jack (most likely) disobeys his mother‘s direct wishes and goes after Edgar, but ignores that seemingly immediately after she died. Then he shot the retired Director of the FBI of the West Elizabeth region, and canonically speaking he let 3 people live who he asked about finding Edgar. Edgar was beloved loved and highly respected by the federal government (as stated various times in the rdr1) there’s no way there would let that case go unsolved the mentality of “once a cop always a cop”. Even if they blackwater police didn’t like Edgar, considering the rank he was and how loved he was by the federal government and the fact that if you let criminals think they can kill retired officers you’re just emboldening more crime to happen if you just let that slide so that is not a case they would have the luxury to just ignore.
Compare both endings of rdr1 Jacks ending and rdr2 Johns ending. which one sounds more like a definitive ending for a whole storyline and which one sounds more reasonably open ended to justify a sequel.

He's also the only one to appear during all time periods. The first game is John's story, the second game is Arthur's story, and the overarching story of both games is Jack's.
Arthur Morgan, the most unlucky character in the last 10 years, but one of the few who could really choose his own path and that's what makes him the most honorable character.
I disagree because Arthur was lucky enough to survive Blackwater'. And so on!

try me buddy yeah, he was IN Blackwater, because the camp was near the town, but Arthur wasn’t there during the actual shootout. Brooks just remembered seeing him with other members of the gang
