Boss starts at (6:33)
In this part we're in a place called Twilight Town. If you know your Kingdom Hearts lore then this place is a foreshadowing but let's pretend this is our first time seeing this place. For some reason Sora recalls this place even though he's never been here before. While thinking about it, Vexen shows up and makes Sora really mad.
He's basically the same as before but with some new sleights and enemy cards that make him pretty tricky.

Ngl I was legitimately surprised to see Twilight Town in that game.
Ahh yes PTSD for people who don’t have lethal frame (AKA me the first *few* times I fought him)
I learn stunning him and doing Lethal Frame does so much to him and takes a lot of health off of him. I did it and managed to get half his health off very fast and he couldnt do anything
Tbh i played the gba version and comparing the scenes of Vexen's demise, the remake looks.....comical as opposed to axel slashing vexen in the back
So with vexen break his card he will leave himself wide open for an attack or use those sleights on him
Every time I deplete his health to 0, he recovers 1 pellet

Does Sora have PTSD?
Lo haces ver tan fácil, a mi temo como 6 veces y tenía más barra de vida aunque yo lo estoy jugando en modo experto.
He gets a health recovery everytime i get all his health down is this normal?
Gave up trying to beat this guy after a whole week of trying to beat him. Seriously impossible.
Keep spamming the combination 2 2 2 or 3x fire. This makes a lot of damage. Don't use ice and learn to avoid his attacks. When he uses a powerful attack, try to counter his attacks with 0.

Many twos
Many zeros
After some trys you'll gonna beat him within 2 min ;)
