I'm just starting an IG for my art, I decided to repost a video from TikTok today, it LITERALLY HAS 5 VIEWS. My other reels (no watermark) got 5000+!! I wouldn't have imagined it would be such a huge difference!

Hi, I have been watching your videos for a while now and I really appreciate the content you have been sharing with us. It is very useful and helpful information and I always look forward to your videos. That's why after watching this one I felt that I should share my own experience regarding the first mistake you mentioned. As someone who started an Instagram account from scratch, with no following apart from maybe 10 people who are my friends and family and most of them not very active on the platform, that first mistake you mentioned is the only helpful thing that has been letting my account grow. I do realize that the content I upload could be better and for sure I am trying to improve on that. But the problem with growing a following is nearly non-existent exposure more than the quality of said content. The algorithm and most of the tips you usually give no doubt help bigger accounts which have at least 1k+ followers, but in my case, only when I started engaging with other accounts myself manually I've started seeing improvement. People really do follow and engage back if they get the chance to see the content they like regardless how big or professional the account is.

I have been watching your videos for a while now and I really appreciate the content you have been sharing with us. It is very useful and helpful information and I always look forward to your videos, regarding the first mistake you mentioned, as someone who started there business Instagram account from scratch, with no following apart from some friends and family, which were somewhat engaging. That first mistake you mentioned is the only helpful thing that has been letting my account grow. When I started engaging with other accounts myself naturally I started seeing improvement, maybe different things factor in here like my audience age group and such but it really worked for me. Also what really worked for me is following your advice on the 5 hashtags, I saw improvement once I started implementing that advice.

Hmm, I use #explore because I am an actual explorer. It’s my job, and so it fits my content.
For the water marks does that include photography watermarks as well? I had issues with really bad art theft and I'm new to making reels so I jsut wana make sure!
I think she means watermarks I’m the sense of different platform watermarks, etc. TIKTOK watermarks they HATE the TIKTOK watermark!
For the TikTok watermark. Save the video you posted on TikTok as a Live Photo. Then open the photo app and save the Live Photo and a video. Then crop tiktok logo at the bottom. Boom’

Does Instagram understand hashtags that are in a language different than English? I’m desperate to know does it matters if my hashtags are in my mother tongue since my business is located in that same country or do I keep them in English in order for Instagram to understand what my content is about.

Hey! Great video. One pressing question though. My reach has dropped DRAMATICALLY! I used to get like a few thousand views on my reels and atleast 300 views on my stories. But reel views have dropped so much and I get like not more than 300-500 views. Am I shadowbanned or flagged or something? So frustrating😭
I've been experiencing a similar thing. I was sick, so I didn't post for about two weeks & when I returned to posting, my reach dropped drastically. I thought IG was punishing me, but it's been a few months of significantly lower reach now. I can post the same content on TikTok & it would do much better on TikTok than IG.

2 ways you REALLY Grow on IG is to ALREADY have a Huge Following and 2. Bringing followers Your other Social Media Accounts…(basically have a huge following somewhere else) I have yet to see a small IG channel grow with any of the “tips” people provide on UA-cam 🤷🏽♀️
