Tanganikan val is my favorite val. Doesn't get too big, tough and easy. Had to shove it under rocks to get it started, but then it spread. The guppy grass and java moss arrived from other tanks and did too well...
20 gallons is about 75 liters. 20 gallon "long" is one of the most common sizes in US fish rooms, perfect for breeding many dwarf cichlids. I have 12 tanks of this size in my fishroom.
