Very nice pedal PedalPalFx knocked it out of the park again I have the silver pedal and love it as well I just have one question am I on the right track that the gold one is JCM 800 “like”, the silver one is more like a Silver Jubilee, and this one is modeled after the famous SIR #34 amp used by a certain top hat wearing player?

Hi @@moparbryan Thanks for your comment and question, the PAL800 JCM Emulator (Silver one) es based on the classic JCM800 from the 80s, the GOLD one in our contribution for the Marshall tone, is like a Marshall amp that has been moded in a good way and It is the most versatile of our pedals... and the PAL034...well Slash, Slash, Slash....hahaha, thanks again and keep Rocking!!!

I've been wanting there JCM800 pedal since it came out. Unfortunately don't have a way of getting one here in Canada. I picked up a Nu-tube screamer when it hit the shops here and love it. Still want one of the JCM 800 pedals though. This pedal sounds pretty killer too, doesn't have the mids though that I can hear anyway.

It’s funny how when you recognize something (rail based transportation during off hours) you instantly feel like the guitarist you listen to is better than before. Sounded really good.
I have an LP 68 Deluxe which I simply love! Kind of digging this one as well. How does it compare? Wondering if I need both in my Arsenal or just stick with the badass pedal I've got.
Sounds great, but I wonder at $184 if my TC Dark Matter for $50 wouldn't be able to keep up with the "Marshall" goodness of this pedal?
Why didn’t you sell your Marshall for this one pedal but did for the Pal 800 v3 ?

Know what I really like about Phil’s reviews? He isn’t an outstanding guitar player. Never claimed to be. And neither am I. He’s a solid player who can riff a bit and noodle a bit, more than enough to appropriately demonstrate the item. If something sounds great, it’s because it IS great. In a demo landscape with Pete Thorns and Shawn Tubbs, it’s nice to have a Phil McKnight to show me what I’ll sound like through a given piece of kit.

Boston Mike Phil actually in a video with Phil X, I think, that when he has a tuner on the headstock, he doesn’t get comments to tune the guitar. If he takes it off, he gets them. Lol.
