  • Hello my Astro Friends and Family!!! I am very pleased to present to you my latest video of imaging 11 targets on the night of March 9th into the 10th. While I stayed up all thru the night to image these, each and every one was pure fun. I present to you Thor's Helmet Nebula, Markarian's Chain, M106, M64, Globular Clusters: M3, M5, M13, & M92, NGC 4490 …Cocoon Galaxy, and M101, Pinwheel Galaxy. Note, I didn't lose count of how many objects taken , there are two images of Markarians Chain. But as each image contains more galaxies, I didn't include each galaxy in the images...lol.
For each object shown, there are two images: 1st one is the image from the Seestar App, the 2nd on is processed.

Nicely presented. I bought a Seestar and brought a curse of cloudy skies over my town ever since. Well, not every night. I have been able to capture some of the deep space objects that you show here.

Wonderful!!! During this past long weekend. We had clear skies, but spent my time with a new pc build. I love this Seestar. I'm amazed at what can be accomplished.

Lots of good targets! I might actually have some clear skies here finally. I think I've only had one or two evening sessions over the past few weeks.

Yeah hopefully you can get some time in. Have you experienced issues with this week's Seestar updates?

@erewhon42 I tried yesterday (android) and got repeated issues to install firmware update even though I had done so...or so I thought. I finally uninstalled the updated app and reverted back to prev. Version on Google Play. I installed the updated app from ZWO. I'll wait before I mess with it again. I'm confident ZWzo will sort this out.

Thank you very much! If you locate my face book page (use the same name) and via messenger, message me, I'll send you Betelguese and Sirius. ,,,, I did a single exposure on each of these, so they are not great. I had considerable flaring. I don't know when I'll be able to capture these stars again as currently when it is dark, M42 is behich a huge tree in a neighbors yard.

Hey bro would you recommend that seestar s50 because I'm gonna buy it for sure and watched a lot of videos about it, we'll i want to ask you if I'm gonna have fun with that telescope for a long time ?

I've had it this Seestar since mid Nov. I'd say it's been a great instrument for the money. The biggest issue I've ran into is the updates to it changing some features that were great the way they were. I've imaged between 30 and 40 objects. As with any telescope imaging rig, the darkerbthe skies the better the outcome. So yes you will find the Seestar enjoyable.

@@gigamemes2435 Oh yes!!! But what do you mean, enjoy the moment exactly? I can either be with the Seestar outside in my back yard or at a dark site inside my car and and watch the phone. I also listen to music via Pandora so I listen to my favorite music. Also, using your phone video capture, you can capture both the imaging with the music as well.
