Nice video. Could you please explain me, how to get the knowledge for how to connect the serial port, which components to use and why? Where did you get that? I would like to learn the same (without reading a +500 pages electronics book).

The most important thing to do before you want to use communication equipment or make an RF transceiver is to obtain a telecommunications company license to avoid being caught by the police due to legal issues.
If you don't like it, you have to get at least a nationally accepted HEM communication license. I tell you this as a person with actual low cost experience.
Can i use arduino IDE with this design to program? is there any change needed?

bhaiya i have a laptop without usb and rs232 port , i have usb c type port , will usb c type port to rs232 ( db9 pin ) converter cable work for this ? i searched online some people said that there is voltage difference between usb / usb c vs. serial port as they work on different voltage levels , can you please clarify ?
also should i first convert usb c to usb by adapter and then usb to db9 ? will that work
