It has been 70 years since the creation of Pakistan and the government failed to provide the most basic needs of these people. An outside agency obliged and installed the well. What a shameful situation for the Sindh government as well as the federal government.
The government is too busy stealing and scamming.

Not all over pakistan but sindh is because same political party is taking over again and again with creating fear in their mind if they don't gave their vote to those they will harm them. Wadera system is there.
