Hey, CBP! I have an idea for you. How about make in the spike strip crashes into a "competition" for whoever can make it the farthest (in foward distance) from the spikes. If a car is hit, its distance will increase however much it was pushed foward. That would be an awesome video!

He must have heard about all the nonstop chaos and insanity going on in the country and decided to check it out for himself. Needless to say, he sure paid the price for that decision - his car got totally demolished, and he was sent back to Gotham by Sheriff Dummieson and Sergeant Daisy.
