  • another way beside creating book bundles from the book guts left-over from my book-cover-sketchbook project is whenever i salvage enough pretty pages from these vintage book guts, i arrange and package them into little ephemera packs that can be used from junk journaling or vintage collaging..
today's video is a brief peak inside this slow but relaxing process cut from my latest batch of creating ephemera sets. if you have any questions about the process or how you could start selling this too, please let me know in the comment, i'll try to answer as much as i could.
i hope this video brings you a moment of calm and peacefulness.
thank you so much for spending the time.
    xo,

I love this idea. I just went to your website to see if these adorable junk journal packs were in stock yet but I didn't see any, but I did just purchase your beautiful vintage flower mini-lined journal. I can't wait to add it to my other Lescargot Papier collection! Thanks for sharing love watching your videos, and have a great weekend ❤~Gina~❤

Thank you so much for your generosity Gina! I'm actually out of the country at the moment and having my friend packaging and sending some basic orders for me. Therefore, there are certain types of products, including these ephemera packs, I had to remove from the website/etsy but I hope to add them back in as soon as I am back..

I'm sure you have already answered this question before. I'll try and see if you have a material/ product video. But I'm curious about the exact paper cutter you have.
That's the only thing I'm missing. But they can be pricey and I'm taking a lot of time to hopefully find a good one.
Thanks for making content and I wish you good luck on your business in general whether or not you read or respond to my question. ❤

hi there! thanks so much for your kind words. the guillotine i have is a non-brand one i found on amazon a few years ago (amzn.to/3FZq613) for about $200. yes it is rather pricey but it depends on how much you need to cut paper. also you can change the blade of the guillotine too so it is very useful. i hope that helps. please let me know if you have other questions. ;)

@@lescargot.papier thank you. I hope to buy from your shop soon once I have the extra cash to do so. It's better to spend some money up front as long as the tool is really good. I also do carpenter work so I know the price of tools isn't always cheap but definitely worth it.
