Thanks for sharing the data. Checked out a bunch of your vids....and gotta say the positivity and love you and your family have for each other is so refreshing. Liked and subbed!
God bless brother. A eye opening video for me that i have to do good research before i buy a bike. Do you know how reliable the GSXR 750 08-10 are? (my bike) do they have any problems or something to think about?
You have a very solid bike those year gixxers have no issues I remember for 06/07 gsxr600/750 only problem was the rectifier location from the factory was terrible Suzuki placed the rectifier between the radiator and motor causing to much heat and frying rectifiers. The fix was a Rectifier relocation kit mounts the rectifier to the left side of the frame not sure if they fixed that problem for 08+ Gsxr may be worth looking into. Enjoy that bike you actually have a very strong machine drivetrain is Perfect 😁
My 1st was a Honda CBR but couldn't ride it because it was broken so sold it and bought FZ6R then went to a 2003 yzf 6 2006 R6 then yzf 1000 and so on now a 2000 Triumph Daytona 955i
Omg thank you for making this video. I'm so tired of people on UA-cam just saying all these bikes are great and so awesome getting sponsored and what not. This is highly helpful.
@@2wheelfamily493completely agree with that comment. I have a 2017 cbr1000rr and hearing about the 08-2010 was sad to me. Same with the 15-16 r1! No1 else talks about this crap!
Very informative video!!! I’ve owned a 2008 Gsxr 600 for 2 years and have loved it so much. I have been really wanting to upgrade to the 2015+ s1000rr but waiting for the right time and price.
Happy this video could help out I'm glad your passing up on that CBR trust me would have been a waste of money. To many reliable strong bikes out there to mess with something unreliable
Very interesting list. I heard the horror stories about the 05 636 gear box being crap. Also love the informative advice about the other bikes mentioned...... Stay safe family!🎯🎯
God bless you my brother. Love the videos you post. Love all the bikes. If ever interested in selling any bike I'd be interested in buying. They are all beautiful. God bless your family.
Or man this brought back memories and not good ones . The year 2000 I passed my big bike test here in uk 🇬🇧 ... Worked my ass off to buy a brand new yam r6 red /white . At the time was £6 thousand pounds . I will admit first year every day I woke up , didn't even yawn I sprang out of bed like bambie on ice ,the joy of knowing I was going to sit my leg across my babie . Lol hope my wife don't read this 😂😂 Any ways 1 year in started jumping out of 2nd gear I'm no macanic but new this was not good . 3 years warranty I took myself to the dealer dickheads try to say it was my fault saying I was pulling to many wheelies . Mmmmm Yes I was but denied everything. They told me to let it settle down come back in s week . Made me feel like it was my fault. And at the time I actualy felt it was but never agreed with thst . They took 3 weeks to strip the bike gave me it back . Was OK for 12 more months . Started same again . Made me feel it was my fault. Stripped and then tried to charge me gor the labour whitch was slot . Told them to pleasantly to fsk off . After what felt like years got the bike back . Felt OK till it happend a 3rd time was a month out of warranty once again your pulling wheelies that's why it's hsppend . So I took my bike home had to be resl carefull couldn't ride it as intended .it was not fun any more ... At thd time I was younger and didn't know snough people to help , I just had a baby girl. Needed money and sold my 3 year old bike for £1600 . Looking back it was immaculate just that one problom . I still regret selling . But the stress that bike caused me ill never forget. .. Bro this really is a good video you just put out . Reminds those buying a bike especially a second hand one never mind brand new like I did ... Just do lots of homework.
wow thanks for sharing this sorry you had to go through this so many times hope this video helps others to stay away from these bikes mentioned in the video there are to many reliable bikes out there to deal with lemons. Stay safe 🏁🏍️
Hey Josh, sorry to hear about the issues of your R6, and the dealer you had to deal with. Did you buy the bike from the same dealer that was trying to fix it, and giving you a hard time? Did that dealer give you a loan bike, (each time), while they were fixing yours? And was it a 2000, R6, red and white, as u said? I've only bought 1 bike brand new, same as u, scrimpt n saved. Had the facings of the cams come off, apparently, fortunately as l was getting it serviced by Honda while it had warranty, they replaced the cams, and the offending banjo bolt which was part of the oil supply issue for the cams at continuous higher speeds. After they fixed it, no more probs for the duration of my ownership. Only had used bikes since. Not dealing with that again. Unless l have more bikes than l know what to do with... Happy New Year to you and your family.
Hey brotha I’m looking into a 2004 r6 16k miles. Invert fork swap. 1 owner has sat mostly in garage since he stopped riding. Would this be a good buy??
Hey that sounds like a good time to take a look at especially having one owner. I would immediately change the oil, coolant flush, spark plugs, and air filter. Hope everything works out
I have a 2010 honda CBR 600RR ABS, I was wondering if those would be looped in with you 2008-2010 Honda CBR 100RR crankshaft? Or do you have any info on any common issues with my bike?
Your CBR is solid this crankshaft problem only affected the cbr1000 in the generation mentioned. Your Cbr600rr has no known problems your good ride safe 🏁
