That's great I hope these turn out perfect for you when you make them. We're a couple hours away from the fires. It's been a little smokey, but it is clearing up
Whenever I use coconut flour, whatever I make seems “wet” if you know what I mean. Seems to get wetter as the days go on. Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? Thank you!
Coconut flour is very dense so requires extra moisture to hold together. If your baked goods seem wet after baking you are adding too much liquid. The ways to avoid this are 1.always weigh your ingredients 2.massage your dough to make sure of texture and 3.let the dough sit for 5 to 10 minutes to absorb. I hope this helps

I'll be trying these very soon. I hope you aren't near the fire and that the smoke isn't too bad. My family is near but not too near the fire.

Wow! New sub here! I recently made Cashew Chocolate Chip Cookies on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected! 😀
FYI, cashews aren't keto, too many carbs. Macadamia nuts lowest in carbs (for those not avoiding high oxalates in all nuts)
