Not gonna lie it wasn’t a very good recipes and method. You could’ve been clearer in a lot of the measurement ie the oven dish mine was all messed up really upset!

No butter was used. Yes very important to separate egg whites and egg yolks for a light/airy textured cake in this recipe. X
