Hi Shan! You don't need an invitation letter especially. You just need to show your passport having a stamped Schengen visa, turkey e-visa, and return ticket. Please remember that your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Turkey.

It depends on the immigration officer. Sometimes they only check your e-visa and sometimes they check your reservation. So, it is better to reserve a hotel for your stay or if you are going to stay at your friend's/relative's place then in that case, a copy of the house agreement and invitation letter will be required.

You don't need to print your e-visa. I would recommend downloading it on your mobile. Sometimes, airlines ask for it before boarding. As far as Turkey immigration is concerned, they already have your data when you show your passport. But it's better to keep it on your mobile.
