Very unfortunate my family and I were just there last week from 7/22 - 7/25 celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and the college graduation of my daughter. We had a very unpleasant experience, from having problems with the water service to bugs in the room and blood stains on the bed, dirty old furniture and no bar service even though we pay all inclusive. We didn’t get the room we paid for due to no having anything else available they have to prioritize their members and we booked through a 3th party.
