No. All of those are the areas of the game and how much time it takes to get past each area. It's a tool to show improvement or where it can be improved compared to other speedrunners. Or keep track of personal bests
Yep, It is a glitch found by fiery. It is possible in the english and PAL-Version. You can achieve it while beeing in the catapukt animation by holding up right for a couple of Seconds and then up. If I'm not mistaken the game has allready loaded the area while still beeing in the flight animation. You can try yourself :)
